Awesome!| Posted March 13, 2010
The music that this guy writes and sings touches my heart so much. My favorite I think is Motions. It is so powerful and really makes me think twice about how I am living my life, whether for the Lord or for myself. Keep up the great work Matt!
You appeal to all ages| Posted March 10, 2010
I love your music!! I love the fact that my youngest and I both can listen to your music and enjoy it. He is 10 and is always asking if you have something new.
Absolutely amazing!| Posted March 09, 2010
Matthew West's music constantly inspires me... especially his latest album "Something to Say". All the songs, I mean every one, were inspiring in one way or another. Whether it be the value of a human life with "Life Inside You" or a song of surrender like "All the Broken Pieces" or arguably the most powerful song recorded in 2009 "The Motions". I love the special appearance by tobyMac in "A Friend in the World"... just awesome. Also went to his concert in Bangor, ME and got the chance to meet him and watch him sign autographs for 30 minutes... I love how he interacts with the people... especially kids. It's good to see someone who is real both on the stage and off. Haven't gotten a chance to listen to the new EP yet... can't wait though. Keep up the good work!
Great Singer/Songwriter| Posted February 21, 2010
Matthew West is one of the greatest songwriters today. He's done an awesome job the last two years writing a love song for one special couple a year with K-Love. What a gift. The greatest thing of all, though, is to see him using that gift to glorify God. Way to go, Matt!
Stick with Acoustic Autobiographical pieces| Posted February 20, 2010
Love the CD but would like to see more pieces like 'Friend in the World' that share more of Matthew's history because those songs seem to be the most fun and creative.
