New Curb Records artist Carly Ann Taylor unveils the next chapter of her story with the release of her new song, "Heavenly Father," out now -- listen here. Additionally, a music video accompanies the personal track -- watch here.
Rejection meets redemption on Taylor's "Heavenly Father." The autobiographical offering finds a long-lost daughter discovering the Father's heart for the first time and embracing her rightful inheritance as a chosen child of God. "'Heavenly Father' is the sound of realizing that the love you were searching for has been pursuing you the whole time," the SoCal-based singer-songwriter says of the original selection. Written by Taylor, Nick Schwarz and Ethan Hulse, the anthemic "Heavenly Father" follows the newcomer's buzzworthy radio debut, "Why Should I Worry (Remind Me Version)."
Taylor has been performing the chart-climbing song, as well as additional unreleased music, over the course of the past month. She received a standing ovation following her acoustic performance of "Why Should I Worry (Remind Me Version)" at the Emerging Artist Showcase during the recent K-LOVE Fan Awards Weekend. Ahead of this year's awards ceremony, the rising songstress walked the red carpet as a first-time nominee, receiving a nod for "Why Should I Worry (Remind Me Version)" in the Breakout Single of the Year category. The following week, Taylor debuted new music for key radio programmers from across the country at Momentum, the Christian Music Broadcasters' (CMB) annual conference.
More new music is on the way from the burgeoning talent as she continues to unravel additional layers of her impactful testimony across 2026.
