The first song I heard by Matthew West was "History" on WOW Hits 2008. Among all the songs available in the album, I found "History" to be one of the catchiest.
I decided to get a hold of the newest album by him, "Something To Say", and I really really like it! =) And the inspirational story that came with the release of the album touched me, proving that everyone indeed has something to say.
Our voices in all its forms - singing a song, praying a prayer, advocating for something - shouldn't be taken for granted.
"And no one can say it like you do: God is love, and love speaks through."

I have just started to listen to matt west and his songs have a real spiritual meaning, Nothing Else has made a big impact on me. It is talking about how nothing on this planet, money, objects, people ect can take the place of god which is absolutey true.
