Amazing | Posted December-27-2008
This follow up to their debut album is steller. The sound that was in the last album carries over to this album with even more energy thrown in. Even more of the classic Sanctus Real songs come from this album like "The Fight Song," "Alone," and "Everything About You." Definatly worth a purchase.

Now this is the MxPx we all know and love | Posted December-27-2008
This 1998 album really showcases the MxPx that we remember. This album is the last album they put out in the 90's and they sure didn't disappoint. One of the better punk albums I have heard yet.

A More Mainstream Sound but Still Good | Posted December-27-2008
This album is lighter and more mainstream sounding than their previous albums but that's not to say that this album will turn into a disappointment, its still good. The songs are well written and put together. Its worth a listen.

It's Different | Posted December-27-2008
Gone is the awesomeness that was expressed on their first two albums but this third one is still worth a purchase. They have a more mainstream sound in this one but it still sounds good. Even the 7 minute guitar solo at the end is good. I enjoyed this one but not as much as their earlier work.

One of the best albums ever made. | Posted December-27-2008
This album is so great that I can't even find the words to describe how amazing it is. Every song is perfect save for only one which I would clasify as good. This album is one hour of pure genius. BUY IT!!!

Boo Yeah | Posted December-27-2008
All I can say about this album is that it's an hour of pure adrenaline fueled awesomeness. The guitar crunches so well that it seems that it's all one song. Nuff said.

Something that any Skillet fan should'nt pass up | Posted December-27-2008
I'm not much for getting live album's because I have no desire to own the exact same songs again. But I decided to give this one a shot and boy was I surprised. The CD is amazing. It's got 15 songs that just feel right. The CD also has the ability to download 6 extra songs but if you bought the Comatose Deluxe Edition they are the exact same songs. That's all I can say about that. The DVD on the other hand has only one little flaw. The concert really captures the live energy that Skillet provides. I saw them live a while ago and it was amazing and this show on the DVD captures everything that I loved about them when I saw them. The flaw I spoke up before is that the audio is slightly off in the concert but the bonus feature audio was just fine. I'm not sure if it's my copy or if this is something that is on every copy but that kind of ruined the experiance for me a little bit. The bonus features are the same as the bonus features on the Comatose Deluxe Edition DVD but they have gotten rid of the Looking For Angels music video and have added a 7 minute slide show of photos from the Comatose Tour and the Savior music video which is a very fine addition. This is the perfect addition to any Skillet fan's library.

I'm Up! I'm Up! | Posted November-08-2008
This album is a really good one. All of the songs have a fun, happy feeling and the fast tempo of this album excites me. This will be one album people might still be listening to in years to come.

Another amazing effort from one of the most important rock bands of our time | Posted November-06-2008
It's been a year and a bit since Anberlin gave us Cities which was one of the best albums of 2007. Now that they have been signed with Universal things can only go up for them and this new album shows just that. Producer Neal Avron (Yellowcard, Fall Out Boy) brings out the bands ability to rock out and deliver powerful messages through all that rocking out. Just like with Cities, each song on New Surrender has a special quality to it and the amazing lyrics by Stephen Christian only add to the lasting quality that is projected through the 45 minute running length. This could very well be one of the best albums of 2008 by far.

Best Hard Rock album of the year. | Posted November-06-2008
Disciple has changed it's lineup. Now they have added some younger talent into their ranks and have made their best major label album yet. Southern Hospitality is a rockin' good time with lots of amazing guitar riffs and great lyrics. It's 45 minutes of pure Southern Hard Rock amazingness. Get this album.
