Brand New Eyes by Paramore Brand New Eyes by Paramore
I absolutely LOVE this CD!!! Paramore has come such a long way from their first album. Their songs are catchier and their sound more mature... I'm already aching for the next release from them!! I hope...

When I started reading Saint, I had no idea it was the sequel to Showdown!! And in my opinion, it was much better than Showdown too! So much more thrilling. It was extremely hard to put down! I also really...
When I'm With You - EP by Nevertheless When I'm With You - EP by Nevertheless
After only hearing the band's "The Real" and "O' Child" songs from their Live Like We're Alive CD, I certainly wasn't expecting this kind of music from them on their When I'm With You EP! However, it definitely...

A new CD with just ONE new song? | Posted October-23-2007
This is a great CD, sure, but it only has one new song on it! Not even the "new mixes" are new. They sound EXACTLY the same as the original mixes! I love "Stand in the Rain" (the new song), but instead of making you pay over $10 for it, they should've just released it as a single or put it on the next album coming out. I bought this CD thinking I was getting way more, and boy, was I disappointed.

Good for a Remix Album | Posted October-19-2007
I've never been a huge fan of remixes. I always believe the original song is better. So I didn't expect too much out of this CD. However, I listened to it and found that there ARE some songs that I like better than the originals - Hero (Red Pill Mix) being the main one! The new mix of Hero inspired and touched me even more than the original, which was pretty shocking. I usually don't care for rap too much, but the rap piece that they threw in the remix was so powerful. It blew me away. I'd buy this CD just for that one song!

I also liked how they added another verse to Princes And Frogs. I'd always thought that song was too short when I first heard it. And while I wouldn't say the Barlow Girls remix was BETTER than the original, it is a fun mix and I like it probably just as much as the first! I think the only song I really didn't like was Stand Up. It was slower and I just didn't care for it. The first version is MUCH better. But, all around, this is a good album!

Sad | Posted October-19-2007
It is so sad and disappointing to see the change in Everlife's music. While their first album was clearly Christian, this one does not have anything Christian in the lyrics. It seems like they have compromised and conformed to the world instead of taking a stand and continuing to sing for Christ. One song is about finding yourself in you, when it should be saying to find yourself in God. Many of the songs are about boys. "What I Like About You" is a horrible song to do a remake of; one of the lyrics is "you keep me warm at night"! Why would we want young girls to be singing about something like that, especially young Christian girls?! I think Everlife needs to take a step back and remember what is important in life. If they remember that, then they could be helping the kingdom of God grow in a huge way.

Awesome | Posted October-19-2007
This CD definitely does not disappoint. I never considered myself a big Steven Curtis Chapman fan before, but after listening to the whole album early I had to add him to my favorite artists list. I love every song on the CD. When it hits stores I'm totally getting it. :D

Amazing | Posted September-21-2007
This album is really moving. BarlowGirl has really matured with their sound, their lyrics...everything! I was anticipating this CD so much before it came out, and I wasn't disappointed! I can't even pick one song on here as my favorite...I like them all and the message that they give! BarlowGirl is just about the best band ever, in my opinion.

I love this CD! | Posted September-21-2007
I became a fan of Stellar Kart after seeing the music video for "Activate" at my youth group. My favorite song on the album is definitely "Me And Jesus." The lyrics are so great, and it's a really touching song. My best friend and I are planning on singing it for a special at our church. Another good one besides those two is "Angels In Chorus." It's a great worship song, yet the style is still so cool. I have to give this CD five stars, no questions asked.

The Best | Posted September-21-2007
I think this is definitely dc Talk's best CD out of them all. I especially love the title track, "Jesus Freak." I also like "Between You And Me." No CD collection is complete without Jesus Freak!

I love this album so much. When I heard the song "More" on the radio for the first time, I instantly became a Matthew West fan. I saw him in concert and heard the rest of the songs, and I absolutely had to buy the CD. I don't regret the purchase one bit. He is an awesome singer/songwriter, and one of my favorite artists.
