33Miles

33Miles I saw these guys at camp a few weeks ago, and I was suprised by how great they were live. Like Rascal Flats, only better (not that i dont like Rascal Flats...but they are not very good live). My youth...
Unbreakable
by
Fireflight By far. Past the fact that the music is technically amazing, the lyrics are extremely powerful, and definitly what I needed in this season of my life. I'm not even going to choose my favorite songs, because...

Third Day Conspiracy No. 5 is the oldest Third Day album that I own. Its really close to my heart, because Third Day has always been a great influence in my walk w/God even when i was a little kid. I especially...

Awesome | Posted June-15-2008
I loved Son I Loved You At Your Darkest, but i love Come Now Sleep even more....lol....i first heard it on a Solid State sampler with The Hoard, and really liked it...and i was sold with Empire...which is among my top ten favorite songs ever right now....the sound is slightly more mature, and i'm really liking the vocals, like even more than the last which is saying a lot, this time around. job well done.
luv it! | Posted June-15-2008
I loved this band at first listen. They have a killer punk-y-ness about them, it takes me back to when i really started getting into rock music...except there a Christian version of bands that i used to like a lot. i really really like them. like theres not a song on the album that i do not like. my favorites are LCM, All My Balloons, You Know We're All So Fond Of Dying, and Homemade Valentine
Different, but still the same...lol | Posted June-15-2008
I'm Only A Man is slightly more melodic than their previous albums, but i really really like it. It definitly showed off their talent a lot, and their voices harmonize perfectly, and few bands have accomplished that. Definitly happy that i spent my money on this album...lol....Can't Stop the Killer, The Movie Song, The Party Song, After the Devil Beats His Wife, and Don't Bore Us Get To The Chorus are among my favorites.
great cd | Posted April-12-2008
i was so happy when i bought this cd. money definitly well spent. they are really talented i cant wait to see them in concert. i really like I'll Breathe For You
I really like it | Posted April-11-2008
the album is awesome. i especially love the songs Cassie, I'm So Sick, Fully Alive, All Around Me, and There For You. ooo and Breathe Today. they're different, thats why i like them. my only complaint is that there are different versions of some of the songs on the radio and on the album
Love it | Posted April-11-2008
I love Scars remain. Two of the songs on this album have a lasting impact on me. Game On and After The World. I get goosebumps every time i listen to them. the rest of the cd is amazing too. I love Disciple's older stuff, but Scars Remain has a more, i dont really know how to explain it, kind of mature sound. i love the album.
It's Amazing | Posted April-11-2008
The Altar And The Door is definitly another great installation of Casting Crowns awesome music. What This World Needs, East To West, and The Word is alive are probably my favorites, and the album cover is beautiful!
Best Skillet album...ever! | Posted April-11-2008
I love it. its the best like by like a bazillion. i've always loved Skillet, but Comatose just blew me away. They kinda abandoned some of the techo sound (like on Alien Youth) but i think that i like it better. I feel like when i listen to it, that they wrote the lyrics for me and my friends you know. we can just relate. and Ben Kasica is like the best christian guitarist...ever! hes really super talented (I told him he was my music role model at winterjam when i met them hehehe) but yeah. i can almost like not even choose a favorite song. i dont think theres one that i dont like (not even one of those songs where ur like i like it but not as much as all the other songs u kno) Whispers In The Dark is great like not only does the solo rock your face off (lol) but the lyrics have so much meaning to me. Better Than Drugs is wonderfully written, and Comatose and Rebirthing are both awesome too. I really like Looking For Angels, a lot of people i know dont like it purely because it is mostly spoken, but i think that its great. It really shows a lot of the issues teens and young adults face in this day and age. Buy it! Now!
The best yet! | Posted April-11-2008
Barlowgirl's music has been such a blessing in my life for a long time. It helped me (and is helping me) though rough times in my life. (Yes i told them this personally when i met them at WinterJam and yes... i cried lol) How can we be silent is by far the best and most powerful cd by Barlowgirl yet! Million Voices, Song For The Broken, and one more round are amazing rock anthems of the Christian faith. My favorite song, though, is I Believe In Love....and yes...i cried lol
