Hello, Good Friend
The Rocket Summer At this point The Rocket Summer isn't quite as experienced, and his music is a little less mature, but this CD still has a lot potential. I really like how more of the songs are piano-based on this CD....

I absolutely love this CD. I heard the song Outrage and I went out and bought the Cd soon after. I think every song on the CD is great. It's so upbeat and fun, and I love how the lead singer sings. The only thing is that sometimes the lyrics are hard to catch because he sings them so fast. But other than that this CD is almost perfect. I especially love Outrage, Mile Away, and Let the Little Lady Talk.

Not extremely happy with the new CD. But it was basically exactly what I expected. There's nothing really different here from the last CD. The songs are still catchy and fun to listen to, but it's not unique, and the lyrics aren't great. I did enjoy a lot of the songs, but overall it's nothing special.

I really like this album. It's soft, soothing, and has beautiful melodies. I'm amazed that something this good come out of Falling Up. The lyrics are meaningful. I kind of wish more variety in the songs, because they all seem to be basically the same, slower tempo, and so sometimes it's hard to distinguish between each song, but altogether I was quite impressed.

Undoubtedly Jane Austen's best work, and defintiely her most famous. I personally love the book. And it's often been said, if a guy wants to learn the key to a girl's heart, read this book! I think the plot line is brilliant, and Elizabeth and Darcy are great characters. Jane Austen is so smart, and she knows what will get to a girl. And it's a romance novel without the cliches, which is hard to get. Some may find it really hard to read and pay attention to,and if so, well, just watch the movies.

Not my favourite book by Austen, but still a good book. Catherine is also not my favourite Austen heroine, although I like how she has such a wild imaginiation. It makes her different from the others. But the book is imaginative and funny. If you like classics, this one isn't a bad choice.

I never thought I'd like this type of music, yet when I heard FF5, I couldn't help it, although it did take some getting used to. It's catchy and great to dance to. And it's unlike anything I've ever heard, which is hard to do right now. There's not another band that they sound a lot like, so that in itself is pretty impressive. Most of the songs are just silly and fun, but then there's Replace Me, Face Down and Never Let Me Go, which have strong Christian themes and are wonderfully written. They might not be for everyone, though.

Wow, so much better than their last one. Paschal's vocals have improved so much. In this CD, you can acutlly understand what he's saying, plus he just has a lot more power in his voice. Where the last CD was just... weird, this one is unique. Each song sounds different. You've got some rock, punk, and emo in there. F-Stop is a great, catchy pop/punk song, The Olive Branch is a beautiful slow song, and if you're looking for different, there's Goodbye, Miss Havisham, which really does make a lot more sense once you've read Great Expectations. So a really good job by Sullivan. They realy stepped it up. It's just too bad that they disbanded before we could see whether their next CD would be even better than this one.

Even though this is a solo album, it still sounds a lot like the last Number One Gun CD. Shneeweiss does do a good job on his own, though. It mostly contains your most basic rock, which isn't a bad thing. But I would say that the three slow songs on the album are the ones that stand out. They are really creative and different, and the whole sound is unique. I just wish he'd have applied some of this creativity into the other songs, as once again, they all sound quite similar. I really like Jeff's voice. It's really passionate and works well with both slow and harder songs. So although I still wish for a little more diversity in the songs, a pretty solid effort.

This CD is so different from their last CD, with a whole different sound. Trevor McNevan's voice is so passionate and perfect for this type of music. The whole vibe of this Cd is powerful, with the message that there are things that Christians can do to change things. This Is A Call is a beautiful ballad about young people crying out to God, hoping He will answer them. The lyrics are maybe a little weak, so you can tell that the band probably focuses more on the music. Another small problem is there is little diversity between songs, since all are just hard rock songs with grinding guitars and strong drum beats,b ut there is enough that after a few listens you can appreciate each song. So really a great rock CD in my opinion.

I really like this CD. John Cooper is one of the few sigers who can pull off the rough rock voice well. They mixed slow with fast really well, with some of both. I really love the songs Rebirthing, Yours To Hold, and The Last Night, which happen to be the first three songs on the Cd, so my only problem is that all of the best songs are at the beginning, for me at least. I love how they mixed hard rock with some violin in there in some songs.
