This appears to be a smaller "best of" release for B429...the kind that are often seen in the "budget" sections. I would recommend the "Glory Defined: Best of" release by the band over this one due to the number of tracks. This release is good but misses some key songs that the other release includes.

This is a great release for anyone looking for the popular radio hits from this band. I noticed though that many of the songs that people rate highest from the band are missing off of this release so I'm sure it will miss it's mark as being a true "greatest hits" album for many.

I felt this album was good overall but not great. This is probably the B429 release that I like the least overall as I think the thick guitar was something that appealed to me in many songs on their earlier CD's. There's nothing really bad about this collection of songs, there just really didn't seem to be anything that stood out either. Regardless, one thing I do really like about the band is their focus on Christ and the quality of their lyrics.

I really enjoy the Christ centered lyrics from Building 429 and the great way this album was mixed and the quality of the music overall. I really enjoy the tracks with the thick wall of guitars. After listening though, I'm realizing that the thing I enjoyed the most was the guitars and the background music and wasn't particularly moved by the vocal performance. I think this band has amazing potential but are missing an element on many of these tracks that could really lock me in.

There are some very good songs on this release "Power of Your Name" & "Constant" to name just two. Overall, this album did not grip me upon first listen. I felt that the musical performances were really good, but the vocal melodies just seemed a litlte flat. I went back and listened to the CD again though and am finding that I like the songs a lot better now, so this is probably one of those that will grow on me the more I hear it.

Not only is this release very good musically, but the lyrical content is very worshipful and upfront in it's focus on Christ. There is quite a bit of variety on this release to keep things interesting but it delivers on presenting a great rock sound overall with a tinge of southern rock here and there. This expanded edition is definitely the one to pick up for anyone interested in this release as the bonus tracks and alternate versions are well done. This is an amazing album from this band.

Abby's story is not only inspiring and motivational but truly makes you want to be the best you can be. I'm sure this book will be very moving, not only to those who may be familiar with Abby, but anyone who has suffered loss or has struggles in their lives (which is pretty much all of us). I pray that God would continue to be glorified through Abby's life.

This release was very refreshing and seemed unique to me compared to much of what I hear in CCM. The tracks usaually start off very simple and organic and often crescendo into fuller instrumentation as the song gets going. I think their voices go together well and I look forward to hearing more from them in the future. I enjoyed the Christ focused lyrics.

I really enjoyed the focus on Christ in Freddy's single release. The particular style isn't one that I would listen to on a regular basis, but have a strong feeling that his music will touch hearts and be enjoyed by many.
