Awsome! | Posted April-06-2009
With the mundane Christian music scene as of late, Waller brings life to it. Using "While I'm Waiting" as the foundation of this album, Waller crafts powerful songs with his brilliant songwriting skills. There is no sophomore slump with this album. If you haven't hear of John before, jump on the band wagon now; you won't be disappointed.

The Next Big Thing | Posted February-24-2009
At first listen, this really sounded like M.W. Smith, however as you listen further, you can hear how Don sets himself apart. This album has a beautiful musical atmosphere and lots of energy. Don is the next big thing among the worship scene. Great album.

He's Back! | Posted November-26-2008
This is JC at his finest. He stayed to his unique formula of driving out fantastic music, but on this album, he stepped it up a notch. The lyrics are deep, raw and honest; very meaningful. Many people will connect with the songs on this album. I love "I'm Alive!" Fantastic CD!

Ruth is better than this. | Posted October-21-2008
I saw Ruth earlier this year, and they were great. Secondhand Dreaming was a strong debut, so I'd figured they'd step it up a notch on their sophomore album. Anorak, to me, seems pretty dry. While it does have some zest, this album falls into the shadows in an already crowded market.

They do it again... | Posted October-18-2008
With this self-titled CD, Building 429 solidifies their position as one of the top Christian artists of this decade. Though "Back to You", "Overcome", "End of me", and "Bringing me to Life" are the powerhouses of this album, there really is no bad song on this record. Each song is well crafted; both lyrically and produced. The lyrics are deep and meaningful, and truly show how God's love and grace can transform our lives as well as how they can help us transform other people's lives as well. The guys of Building 429 do it again.

Tomlin Delivers Again | Posted September-10-2008
This is by far Tomlin's most energetic offer yet, even though this CD cools rapidly by the ending songs. However, Tomlin delivers again. Tomlin is calling us to put aside our differences and come back to the cross; back to Jesus. And he drives this message home on Jesus Messiah, among other songs. Great to listen any time, but especially if you feel distant to our great and awsome God.

The New Standard | Posted August-26-2008
Way back when, DC Talk sang Jesus Freak because they were not afraid to praise God, and asked others to do the same. Well, later down the road, here comes DecembeRadio who sing the same message, although with a different tune. With being--so-so--new on the scene, they fit right in and are helping with setting the new standard for Christian music. This album is awsome with is southern rock and I love the songs that have the choir on them. I love this record!!.

Turn it up! | Posted February-27-2008
Wow! I have to say, right from the get go, this album rocks. Very tight and well layered. The guitar work is awsome and the lyrics are moving. I was nearly brought to tears on "Smiling Down." Pillar is at their finest and this album really shows that.
