Another day begins of this life known as my struggle. My feet have not yet hit the ground, buy my mind is full yea… Of sinful thoughts, of restless ways, of things I want, but I don’t need. I’m sick and tired of living this way. When will it ever end?
And I wonder how you love me, when all I do is let you down time and time again. But you always still forgive me, even in my undeserving pride. You’ve laid an escape that I must take and run for my life.
This sick cycle I am in has got me spinning, round and round and round and round and round again. I see the exit sign ahead pouring out as a flood, I strain my eyes and I see that it’s signed with your blood!
The devil reminds me of my past. I remind him of his future. He cannot, will not bring me down cause I am a child of his master!
