The pale moonlight shines on my face as I look out my window.
A shadow dancing on the wall steals my view. Its carelessness reminds me I don’t know for sure what’s coming. This is my search where is my rescue? This is my search where is my rescue?
And I’m kneeled at the feet of You. I’m broken and I’m crying and I’m finding that I can’t get through this day without you. I’m kneeled and I’m not gonna move. Until you gaze into my eyes and make me realize that you’re not gonna leave me dying.
And as I kneel I start to feel anxiety all over. Troubled thoughts consume my mind. I start to stand and then I fall down as I lose my balance. You’re telling me not to rise. You’re telling me not to rise!
