We vary on music tastes. Some prefer Christian contemporary or worship. Others simply prefer mainstream. Then there are those who love both. I fit into this category.

When I was a kid, my music tastes were strictly mainstream. When I gave my life to God in my 30s, I started listening to Christian music, as well. And, the music that wasn't healthy on the ears began to fade away. Now, I try to listen to only "clean" music. Clean meaning no sex, no swearing--minimum melancholy.

But, my desire to create annual playlists never changed. For 26 years (since 1994), I've done an annual "best of" playlist (Some of us just don't stop being kids). I call it Legacy. Each year, Legacy has a different title. This year, it's ...In the Waiting. 

I mix genres together: pop, worship, CCM, rock and more. Legacy shows no prejudice. Many of you also prepare playlists of your favorites songs of the year on Spotify, Apple Music, whatever. This year, I want to share Legacy with you.
