Forget about Halloween--some of the most acclaimed Christian artists are about to release new music! Instead of spending your money on a costume, spend it on some of these new songs from your favorite musicians.
for KING & COUNTRY - Burn the Ships (10/5)
FK&C has gone in a new musical direction in their third full-length studio album. Some highlights include "Never Give Up," "God Only Knows," and "Amen." Honestly, this entire album is a knockout and there isn't a single bad song on it! Joel and Luke Smallbone just keep getting better and better with each album they release.
twenty one pilots - Trench (10/5)
After Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun took a year-long hiatus followed by the release of numerous cryptic messages about Dema and Clancy's journal, the highly anticipated Trench is set to release on the 5th. As twentyonepilots' first concept album, it follows the story of someone (Clancy, most likely) escaping a cult-like organization (Dema) to join a rebellion (the Banditos) and finally break free of the (literal and figurative) chains that hold him down. Must-hear tracks include "Levitate," "Nico and the Niners," and "My Blood."
tobyMac - The Elements (10/12)
Former dcTalk member tobyMac's seventh studio album, The Elements, contains many pop hits such as "I just need U.," "Scars," and "Everything." His musical style has evolved from the days of Diverse City's hip-hop-funk-soul, but the message behind his music always stays the same.
Planetshakers - Heaven on Earth LP (10/19)
After releasing two live EPs earlier this year, worship band Planetshakers is about to launch their full-length album! Filled with incredible ballads like "I Want Jesus" and energetic anthems like "There Is No One Like You," every track on this LP is sure to draw listeners into the presence of God.
Gawvi - Panorama (10/19)
Based on the singles Reach Records producer Gawvi has released so far, his album Panorama is going to be fire! Featuring different Reach artists, some amazing singles featured on this release are "Fight for Me (feat. Lecrae)" and "Fashion Joe (feat. KB)." Any hip-hop fan will fall in love with this album from one of the best Christian producers of this generation.
Francesca Battistelli - Own It (10/26)
Own It is Francesca's fifth studio album, which already boasts her hit single "The Breakup Song." In addition, she recently released the album's second single, "Royalty," all about our identity in Christ. The rest of the album is sure to be amazing as well!
Chris Tomlin - Holy Roar (10/26)
Chris Tomlin, known more recently for releasing an album almost every year, is about to release his twelfth (!) studio album. Holy Roar is filled with many reflective worship ballads such as "Resurrection Power," but a standout is the energetic "Satisfied." This will prove to be a great album to worship Jesus to when it releases.
Matthew Parker - Daydreamers (10/26)
Electronic artist Matthew Parker has been keeping fans in the dark about any content on his new album, despite releasing a cover and a remix on his YouTube channel. But based on his track record of amazing albums, including 2016's Adventure, we are all in for a treat on October 26th!
Kaitlyn Gosnell is a songwriter and musician who recently earned her bachelor's degree in songwriting from Liberty University. She has a heart for the people of her home region of New England and is getting married on October 6th!
