One of the newest members of the Bethel Music Collective, Josh Baldwin has made his solo debut with the new project, The War Is Over. We asked Josh to share some thoughts about each of the songs from his powerful debut solo worship album.
 
"Get Your Hopes Up"
"Get Your Hopes up' is a song that gives life and permission to Hope. This song is a reminder that God is good God and delights in our hopes and dreams.
   
"Endlessly"
"Endlessly" is an anthem that declares the timeless message of God's people never ceasing to praise Him. The song declares the power of the finished work of the cross and the victory we have because of Jesus.
   
"You're My Home"
"You're my Home" is an alternative rock song that speaks joy of belonging to God. This song expresses the love relationship between man and God that leads to fullness of life.  
 
"The War is Over" 
"The War is Over" is a powerful worship song that declares the truth that Jesus has defeated and the grave and invites us into a life of victory found in Him. The song gives speaks to the message of Jesus as our defender and advocate. 
 
"You Deserve It All"
"You Deserve It All" is a corporate worship song that proclaims the worthiness of King Jesus. The song calls people back to the core message of salvation and our response to the saving power of Jesus.
 
"Fountains"
"Fountains" is a song that causes you to uncover the satisfaction of investing everything. It brings a settling to you heart and spirit as you learn the promise of finding everything in Him.

"Abraham" is a ballad that tells the story of Abraham Journey of faith and conviction. This song moves man hearts to know the faithfulness of the Father's hand and the beautiful devotion that Abraham brought before the Lord.

"Holding On" is a soft ballad that tells a story of trusting God in the midst of doubt and uncertainty. The song is a reminder that our strength in life comes from abiding in Jesus.

"Found in You"
"Found in you" is a beautiful love song that points to our dependence on Him. The song expresses the strength and steadfastness of God as a refuge and hiding place or us in our time of need. Our truest identity is being found in the love of God.
 
"Peace"
"Peace" draws on the gentle strength of being surrounded and the freedom you find there. "Peace" is a song unfolding a story of holding on to hope amidst the journey of life and choosing to live from that place.
