Heartfelt songs as if they were ripped from a private journal entry are so hot right now, but instead of hearing the slurred words of so-called rapper Drake, instead take a harder look at another R&B pop superstar, Danny Gokey. You may remember him from American Idol. Danny's song, "Hope In Front of Me" is a lot better than any of Drake's songs that I can't remember. Danny was raised in America, not Canada, which instantly makes him more hardcore.

If your tastes have graduated from "Cheap Thrills" to the finer things in life, look no further than club hit song, "El Shaddai" and "Shovel in Hand." You'll never look back.
