Second Time Better than the first | Posted October-28-2008
Article one steps it up with their second release and they dont disappoint. A great pop/rock group hailing from up north in Canada. They have a great sound that is a little differnt than your normal as they feature the violin in their music. Great songwriting with some great melodies. You can also definetly tell where their hearts lie with their faith based approach to rock. A must love for fans of great rock. I liked the songs Without You(im Not Alright) and the title song.

Great Read! | Posted October-28-2008
I heard about this book when it first came out but just now had a chance to read it right before book 2 came out. A great read that reads quickly. It reminds me of alot of National Treasure but deals with church history and the Guttenberg Bible instead of American history. Some of it does seem sensational but it is still a fun read. Also I liked the characters as they had some major issues/flaws that we can all relate to. I have already picked up a copy of House of Wolves (book 2) which looks just as good.

August Adams is Back!, | Posted October-28-2008
Matt Bronleewe does it again in this second book in the August Adams series. This one is even better than the first which was a good book. Adams is back to fight secret societies and find hidden secrets in a rare book. I know the action in the book takes place in a few days time but it is still interesting and it makes the book that much more enjoyable. The book reminds me of the movie National treasure. You can really tell how Bronleewe has grown since the first book and I cant wait to see what mysteries August Adams tackles next. A great read that I couldnt put down after starting.

Fireproof!!!!!!!!!!!! | Posted October-28-2008
Eric Wilson does it again with his newest novelization of a Kendrick brothers movie. I cant compare this to the movie as I have not seen it yet(but after reading the book I cant wait to see it). The book is about Captain Caleb Holt, an Albany Georgia firefighter who risks his life daily to put out fires and to save lives but it seems that the fire in his 7-yr marriage seems to be going out. His wife says that she doesnt love him and all they do is yell at each other. When Calebs father tells him to give it 40 days and to take the Love Dare, he decides to give it one more go. A great story with great characters. I highly recommend reading the book if you have seen the movie or even if you havent. The only thing though is if you read the book before seeing the movie you may be a little disappointed as Eric Wilson adds a lot of back story and character devolpment that is not in the movie. My wife has also started reading the book and she loves it so far. Again a great book by a great author.

New Look at a Classic Genre!!! | Posted October-28-2008
When I heard Eric Wilson was writing a Christian Vampire trilogy I was very interested to see how he would pull off blending faith and vampires. You can tell he put a lot of research and time into this book and Man does it work. I was blown away with how he combined everything. This is really a story about all of us and how we are tempted by things around us. We can either fall prey to these things or prevail with the help of the Nazarenes blood.
The story follows Gina Lazarescu and her search to find out who she really is and the secrets of her past that seem to be hidden. Also their are the undead who were tainted with Judas' blood. Follow them both and see how their worlds collide.
Eric Wilson really pulled it off with book and Icant wait for the other books in the trilogy. I also liked how he brought in a character who was related to someone in another of his books. A great read for those looking for something different, lovers of vampire books, or just those trying to see how he pulled off combining faith and vampires.
