A Dancefloor Track of Eternal Faith | Posted April-24-2025
"Age After Age" by k4g3 is a thought provoking CEDM track, declaring the spiritual fruits listed in Galatians 5:22-23 packaged in electronic beats. Born from k4g3 journey through personal setbacks and creative challenges, this song is a new milestone in his CEDM journey. “I’m beyond the two years ,” k4g3 shares, hinting that he has already survived the music scene’s notorious “two-year rule.” Most new EDM artists quit within two years. But this track isn’t about fleeting trends—it’s about something timeless: “He’s the King of Kings, Age After Age.” This is what k4g3 places before everything.
The lyrics echo the spiritual fruits—“Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness”—each trait celebrated as enduring qualities that we see across the generations. These fruits are reminders of God’s unchanging nature. The repeated chant of “Yeshua!” places Jesus at the center of the track, and celebrating His eternal reign.
What makes this track special is its blend of electronic energy with profound truths for EDM lovers to hear, emphasizing that God's grace is meant for all. His grace extends across generations, “Age After Age”, inviting you to reflect on His grace, even while you're soaking up the vibes.
If you enjoy CEDM vibes with a deep meaning, then this one’s for you. May it remind you how His presence is a constant, age after age, and no matter what you're going through in your life.
Rediscovering Hope Through Mary’s Eyes | Posted April-12-2025
"Road of Wonder (Mary’s Song)" by Heidi Elgaard is an invitation to walk alongside Mary Magdalene, one of the pivotal people in Christianity. Released just in time for Holy Week, this song captures Mary's change from brokenness to unwavering devotion. The song starts with the lyrics, “When I first met Him, // I was shattered and broken,” Mary’s initial encounter with Jesus. With “a touch and a word,” her life gets an extreme makeover: “He brought back a life // I thought the demons had swallowed.”
Heidi beautifully describes Mary’s faith journey—her decision to follow Jesus, her anguish at the cross (“I wept by the cross but tears could not drown my sorrows”), and her awe at His resurrection: “That’s when you revealed to me your truth and your glory.” This song reminds us how Jesus reaches out and meets us in our darkest moments and calls us into purpose. Mary's faith journey is so relatable because it also mirrors parts of our faith journey!
“His lessons sound so simple // But they can be hard to live and breathe,” echoing thoughts that we also may have. On Sundays, we listen to teachings that seem simple, but as the week progresses, we realize that they may be more difficult to implement, bringing us back to our own struggles. The key is in what we do with His lessons. What choice did Mary make, and what choice will you make today? Will you travel this road alone?
Easter isn’t just about celebrating the resurrection of our Lord on the third day after his crucifixion. Mary shows us that it is also about our journey and how accepting His invitation will change it into a “road of wonder,” where He will travel by our side. If you’re looking for hope and renewal in your life, then this song is for you. Happy travels!

"King of Kings" is a CEDM track by k4g3, the kind of track and message that feels like a warm heavenly hug. k4g3 shares how the past two years have been like a rollercoaster ride, filled with personal struggles but also creative breakthroughs. “Even though it was super tough,” he reflects, “I’ve entered a new season of thankfulness.” That gratitude spills over into this upbeat track, with lyrics that celebrate God’s generosity and supreme authority.
k4g3 shares, "King of Kings is the first product of my dive into the electronic world of music. I have to say, I feel like I’ve surfaced clutching a massive pearl. I have been a fan of EDM and House music for the longest time, but for whatever reason, I never got into producing it - not until now."
The lyrics are simple yet powerful: “If you want it, you can have it // Pressed down, running over // It's a gift that is perfectly // From above.” He has a special gift for each of us, and this song is a reminder that every good thing comes from above. “He’s a King // He’s the King of Kings…” Not only does this track honor His sovereignty, it also invites us to be part of His triumph, with an EDM-infused celebration to spread the joy that we can only find in Him.
Teaming up with ZGOOT, k4g3 crafted a fresh and vibrant track that is perfect for summer playlists and late-night dance floors. This summer, k4g3 will be hitting the DJ deck, spinning King of Kings and other righteous tunes.
If you’re looking for a track that blends faith, fun, and freedom, then this one’s for you! Hit play, dance to the beat, and celebrate the ultimate Ruler who gives without measure.
A Name Beyond Words | Posted March-26-2025
The making of Yemi Alafifuni's song "YHWH" is a journey of laughter and revelation, as well as anger and discovery. This song was triggered in response to a simple question with an eternal answer. Yemi shares, "I once heard a comedian ask—if the colonial masters, who claimed to be God-sent, truly knew the name of their God? The question, wrapped in humor, struck a nerve. Angry at the shallowness of the joke, I embarked on a personal quest to unearth the true name of my Father. My search led me beyond books, beyond theology—straight into the breath of existence itself. YHWH—the unspoken, yet ever-present name of God. A revelation hidden right beneath my nostrils, woven into every inhale, whispered with every exhale."
"YHWH" invites us to have our own personal experience with the name of God, Yahweh (YHWH), a name which is never spoken but is always there. Parts of the lyrics were inspired by scriptures, such as Exodus 3:14—"I AM WHO I AM"—and declare that every breath we take carries His name. Yemi shares: "A truth so profound that my very lungs depend on it. YHWH is a legacy—one that will echo through the voices of generations yet unborn. And in every breath, I find the greatest joy in simply calling His name."
The lyrics carry the reverence and awe with which we may utter His name: "I love to call your name / Yahweh Asher Yahweh... You’re the God who saves / And your love remains." We are reminded of His sufficiency, power, and unchanging nature. During our worship we may call Him "Father", "Abba", or "Yahweh Sabaoth" (Lord of Hosts), names that reflect both intimacy and His majesty. But most important is that His name conquers all and endures forever, "The name inside my lungs / The name that conquers all." He Brings into Existence Whatever Exists (Yahweh-Asher-Yahweh).
A Journey From Surrender to Celebration | Posted March-13-2025
The Offerings album is a collection of 8 songs that the band put together with the church's youth groups in mind! The songs offer us a powerful journey through worship, faith, and the realities of a life with Christ at its center. From the surrender of "Adonai" to the hope found in the song "Heaven", it invites us into deeper devotion even though we may be struggling with pain, purpose, and not understanding God’s unshakable presence. The songs "Foundation" and "Valley" remind us of His promises, while "This Life" encourages us to live fully on His terms. The songs "PEACE", "Friend of Sinners", and "I Claim" remind us that suffering isn’t wasted but is changed (transformed) through His grace.
Let's have a closer look at each song:
01. Adonai - Adonai is a call to surrender and worship, and to reflecting on why we often fall so short of fully obeying and praising God. The song invites us to offer our whole lives as an act of devotion to the One who is truly worthy—Adonai.
02. Heaven - Heaven, how does one even start to describe it? The lyrics in this song move away from the traditional imagery of serene angels with harps. Instead, the lyrics use other descriptions found in the scriptures, such as joyous feast and vibrant party. The song was written with youth and summer camps in mind. 'Heaven' is an upbeat description of what it will be like to be with Jesus!
03. Foundation - "Foundation" is a worship song about Christ, the unshakable cornerstone of faith. The lyrics stand still at His sacrifice—"killed for my salvation"—and His role as the "sure foundation" that replaces our shame with His mercy. The song invites us to build our lives on His grace, and declare, "I have only one foundation: Christ nailed upon the cross." This is such a powerful reminder that He is "The living stone // A sure foundation // My cornerstone."
04. This Life - "This Life" is a raw and honest song about choosing to fully embrace the life that God has set in His sight, even when it’s hard. The lyrics acknowledge how we can be struggling—"life can take me, break me"—but it also contains a a bold commitment to live a life filled with His purpose and intention, refusing to compromise or settle for less. "But my life is set in your every second // Details of this moment filled to the fullest // For a life that's set in your sight"
05. Valley - "Valley" is a powerful song of faith, one that has been around for a while with a message that never bores. God is always there for us, "In the darkest valley, Your victory gives me joy." The lyrics enourages us to look up when life pulls us down, "For Heaven's king walks with me", and remember that the pain we face is temporary. There is hope and strength in knowing that His victory endures, and His cross speaks freedom over each one of us.
06. Peace - “PEACE” was written after the devastation of two miscarriages. As is normal for the Red Letter Society team, “PEACE” is based off of text found within the Bible. During the season of grief the songwriters were able to remind eachother that God walks with us through the valley of the shadow of death (Psalm 23).
07. Friend of Sinners - Just like the King of Kings stoops to wash our feet, "Friend of Sinners" shows the paradox of Christ's holiness vs. meeting the brokenness of mankind. The song connects Christ's sacrifice on the cross, God's grace, the healing that comes from Him, and the fact that Jesus calls us friend. He is a Friend of all sinners who call on His name.
08. I Claim - Suffering has been part of life ever since Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit in the garden of Eden. And still, even in modern Christianity we struggle with life's pain. “I Claim” urges us, the Church, to see our earthly suffering as a pathway to glory in His presence. "If suffering in the present means glory in his presence // Then I claim, I claim Jesus’ holy name // It’s beyond comprehension how I join the resurrection // So I claim Jesus’ Holy Name"
May this journey from surrender to celebration remind you that no matter what struggles you face, His grace turns all things for His good. Heaven's king is eager to walk with you, if you let Him.
Finding Peace in His Perfect Design | Posted February-12-2025
Freedom Heart’s song “Plans” dives into the struggle we all know of trying to control our own lives, and at a certain point we realize/accept that God’s way is always better. The lyrics reflect the moment of surrender, where we acknowledge that we often make mistakes and lose sight of our calling, and that God’s plans are perfect, beyond anything that we could imagine.
The verses beautifully capture this tension—of admitting fears of failure and at the same time finding comfort in the truth that God has a greater plan for us and He never fails. The chorus makes it clear that no matter how much we doubt, we can’t derail God’s purpose for us. God sees what we can’t see and promises to guide us along every step of our journey. The bridge of the song helps to shift our mindset to bold confidence, declaring an end to our overthinking because His Spirit and Word anchors us securely (if we accept it).
May this reassure you that by trusting God, we are embracing peace, even when the path ahead seems to be unclear. After all, His plans aren’t just good—they’re perfect!
Turning Daily Life Into Sacred Moments | Posted February-03-2025
In his song "Face to Face," Yemi Alafifuni expresses our deepest (and sometimes dormant) desire to have a deeper relationship with God. This isn't one of those songs that was written within a few hours at the kitchen table. It's a song that has been years in the making and inspired by a whisper Yemi heard during his 2-3 hour daily commutes in 2019. Yemi shares:
"I heard a whisper in my spirit: “Come away with Me.” At first I resisted. I was already drained, both physically and mentally. But this prompting didn’t stop—it grew stronger. I knew this wasn’t just another passing thought; it was an invitation. So I obeyed."
Yemi's long daily commutes turned his car into a sanctuary of prayer. This sacred space nurtured a personal cry for more, a face-to-face encounter with God, the kind of intimacy that Moses had when he spoke with God as a friend. This became Yemi's personal cry. It wasn’t about doubt—it was about hunger. And it's in that hunger that the concept of "Face to Face" was born, and you can hear this hunger in the lyrics: "Can I see you face to face? Father to son" and "My soul thirsts for God."
No matter how hard Yemi tried to complete it, it felt like he was hitting a wall... as if God was saying: “You’re not ready yet.”
Something happened five years later, during the night of March 5, 2024. Yemi had almost forgotten about the song. His journey with God had deepened in ways that he didn’t expect, and during that night God gave Yemi the melody for this song.
So you see, "Face to Face" is the outcome of a long journey, a journey filled with hunger to see God more clearly, to know Him more intimately, and to experience worship in a way that goes beyond lyrics and melodies.
In the true Christian spirit of paying it forward, "Face to Face" is your invitation to grow a deeper relationship with God, because as you seek and long for God, you might just find the true intimacy that your heart craves. May Yemi's song inspire and motivate you to pursue a closer, life-changing encounter with the Almighty.
Yemi will be ministering this song LIVE in Concert.

Songs of songs of faith, healing, and spiritual intimacy. | Posted January-15-2025
The album "whispering HOPE 6" by whispering HOPE is filled with songs of faith, healing, and spiritual intimacy. Created by lyricist and producer Gresha Schuilling and mastering engineer Shimron Fernando, this 8-track album feels like a conversation with God. Inspired by the teachings of Prophet Jerome Fernando, Gresha and Shimron have once again put their souls into this album, hoping to lead you into the presence of God through each of the songs.
Let's briefly look at each of the 8 songs on this album:
1. Power to Cast Out
This track is a powerful reminder that we already have the authority in Christ to cast out spiritual darkness. It is through His authority that we will find strength, victory, and freedom from fear. The song is a beautiful declaration of faith that emphasizes God’s continual presence and protection. It also encourages us to walk in the strength of the Holy Spirit.
Relevant scriptures: Luke 10:19, Matthew 17:18, Mark 16:17
2. Under His Shadow
Even though life’s storms may be raging, God offers you a safe haven. His love surrounds you and keeps you safe from harm. By trusting in His strength, you can face any storm with confidence and be victorious in His grace. If you haven't already, accept this song as an invitation to experience His divine care and reassurance in all parts of your life.
Relevant scriptures: Psalm 91:1-4, Isaiah 25:4, Matthew 23:37
3. Angels Among Us
Unseen yet ever-present, angels play a crucial role in God’s plan. This track reminds us that we're never truly alone—angels surround us, guiding and protecting as God's messengers.
Relevant scriptures: Hebrews 13:2, Psalm 91:11-12, Matthew 18:10
4. Led by the Spirit
Have you ever wondered what it really means to be guided by the Holy Spirit? This song may help to to better answer that question. The lyrics encourage what you can call a "surrendered walk" with God, where you surrender to Him, embrace spiritual growth, and allow the Spirit to align your steps with His.
Relevant scriptures: Romans 8:14, Galatians 5:16-25, John 14:26
5. Dew of Heaven
This song compares God’s blessings with morning dew, refreshing and silent. "Dew of Heaven" is about those quiet, often unnoticed blessings that renew our spirits, much like the gentle touch of the early morning dew.
True rest is found in God. This song is an invitation to pause, breathe, and find peace in Him. In a world that is always going to be a place of rushing and chaos, this song is a call to embrace God’s peaceful presence.
Relevant scriptures: Genesis 2:2-3, Hebrews 4:9-10, Matthew 11:28
7. Seven Postures of Prayer
There is no one-size-fits-all type of prayer! This track explores different types of prayer, learning from examples found in the Bible, e.g., Jesus, Elijah, and Paul. The song shows that the key to prayer is all about finding ways to connect with God.
We all stumble, but that doesn't mean that God will leave us when we fail. God restores and strengthens, and He’s always ready to lift us up and guide us forward. He uses our setbacks as set-ups for a comeback. This song emphasizes the grace and hope that we'll find in God’s redemptive plan.
Relevant scriptures: Isaiah 42:4, Joshua 1:7, Matthew 12:20
Just like we've seen in the previous albums, "whispering HOPE 6" is a beautiful collection of relatable songs that bring you closer to God’s heart. "whispering HOPE 6" is available for streaming from January 24th onward. May these songs guide you into His healing and loving embrace.
He will wipe every tear from their eyes... | Posted January-09-2025
"New" is a song that is inspired by Revelation 21, in particular verse 4. "He will wipe every tear from their eyes..." - Revelation 21:4.
Yemi shares: "This verse has carried me through difficult seasons. Knowing that God will bring end to pain and sorrow gives me strength. My song 'New' reflects this promise - a time where there will be no more tears, only joy in His presence."
You'll love the inspiring imagery and uplifting message of the lyric video, that goes in premiere later today. "New" speaks to the promise of a new heaven and a new earth, where all things are renewed and transformed. The song is a beautiful reminder that our current circumstances are temporary.
"New" is the first release from Yemi's upcoming EP called "YHWH", an EP filled with songs that call the church to hold fast to the hope of Christ.
May the lyrics of this song fill your heart with hope and remind you that God has a plan for you, a plan for renewal and peace.
