Die Daily's Dillon Chase returns with his fourth single released in 2021, "Bread." Chase delivers the goods as always, in the form of a worship vibe this time around. The overall soundscape is accented with dope acoustic chords and driving high hats. It's a track I could easily see myself on my knees, hands extended to the sky, worshipping our Savior Jesus as the words trickle over my heart and mind. Jesus is often referred to as the "bread of life" in the Gospels and throughout the 66-book love letter God equips his saints with. The promise found in communion is highlighted in Chase's thoughts as well as the beauty of love Jesus died for. The soft-spoken delivery hits different and in the feels several times over. Honestly, this is one of the most beautiful tracks I've heard to date in 2021. Listen to "Bread" on Spotify

Provision II EP by YB
Bold Records' YB blesses his fanbase with the first new music of 2021.
Provision II is a 5-track EP offering full of energy, God's love-n-grace, and continuously showcases YB's lyrical prowess. The opener "Butterfly Vibes" includes a dope set of horns blasting off the energy. The track includes one of the catchiest hooks to date, "still I fly ah ah ah ah." The joint definitely gets stuck in your mind after. "Running with God" includes a few simple strokes of an acoustic guitar looped perfectly while YB expresses the daily race in riding out this life journey next to God. Next, YB slows down the tempo a bit and hits us with peaceful keys on "Take From Me." An excellent example kept in theme with tonight's tracks merging hip-hop and worship. For thoughts on the last two tracks, you'll just have to give the EP a listen and examine such yourself. Spoiler alert, you will not be disappointed. The 5-month wait was worth it in '21, YB delivers and with excellence. Listen to

Roy Tosh feat. Quentin Coblentz - "Cry Out"
We're going to keep it a buck and on the worship vibe as RMG Amplify's Roy Tosh provides an anthem to our inner emotions. "Cry Out" bridges themes of outward worship, dope rhymes, and a pouring out of the heart directed towards our Lord and Savior. Tones of the unshamed, returning CHH to its roots in church-driven vibes. One of my favorite mashups is indeed what's presented within Tosh's art. Linking worship and hip-hop as one. Songs you could hear in an inner city church that would move cities back to the call of God. The production is full of unique sounds refreshing to the soul. This is one not to miss.
