Old School stuff still is good | Posted May-12-2011
I don't know what it is. Maybe that I like old school or whatever but I like this album. I like DC Talk and wish they were still around as a group together. I am a big fan of TobyMac as well. This group had good lyrics and sound. They were good role models. This was a good album! I pull it out often. It has funk and is still today even modern day enough that the lyrics still work. Thumbs up.

This book was GREAT! A page turner! It was hard for me to put down and I do not have a lot of free time! I was actually bummed when it ended because part 2 does not come out until June! Ahhhh-a month away!

This will be one I purchase! It is fresh and new and fun again! That's what I like about them-they are fun and upbeat with their beautiful voices and great lyrics!

I feel mean for saying this but I was not impressed. Maybe it is just because it is not my style of music. But is was to slow for me. It would put me to sleep or tire me out if I was to listen to it. Especiallly Alive. I thought a song with that title would have a more upbeat nature. Good luck to them though!

This was a great book! It was my first Kingsbury novel that I have read. I had heard about her and this book kept jumping out at me at stores all over. I finally read it and was so glad I did! It left me wanting to read more of her books. This one was so great because it is realistic like many of hers are but this is good for all age groups. I enjoyed it as a parent but thought about how I would be in the same situation. I also think my daughter who is in high school would enjoy it as well as respect the message. I wish there were more kids like the ones doing good in this book! I am now reading her latest novel Bailey and it is fun how it sometimes relates back to this book so I understand those tie ins. That is a good book so far as well!

Everyone must read this book | Posted April-28-2011
We are reading this book for my Bible Study and I think it is AWESOME! I recommend it to so many people. I speak so highly of it I know a couple of people that have purchased it or plan on doing so. One person was a relative that is a Baptist Pastor that was so curious due to my ravings he is reading it. I cannot wait to hear his review. This book came along at such a perfect time in my life as well and has empowered and encouraged me to believe and pursue this Holy Spirit so much more! I love th way Francis chan writes and cannot wait to see and read more of him!
