Ed Cash is not only the producer of a lot of great Christian music he know how to play. This is a great CD it has a nice mix of songs. He has a few love songs written about his wife and a lot of song written to or about JEsus. The title track has Bebo Norman doing background vocals. Allen Levi also makes an appereacnce on the CD doing background vocals on "The One." Standout tracks are "Where were You" "The ONE" "Great Things Take Time" and "marry ME." Ed Cash is a great musician and songwriter and this is a must have CD.

This Series just keeps getting Better | Posted October-28-2008
I couldnt wait to read this after reading the first book and was not disappointed in the least. This is another great book for adults as well as the YA crowd. The king family lives in a house with strange rooms that change and take you to different times. This time someone strange is watching the family and wants to run them out to get the house for themselves. Will they be able to figure out what to do before another family member goes missing. Again a must for fans of liparulo and for suspense fans in general. Also go to [...] to enter a contest where robert liparulo might use your idea in a future book in the series.

I Want More | Posted October-28-2008
I have read 2 of Liparulos books (Comes a Horseman & Germ) and love the way he writes. When I found Out that he was writing a YA book I thought I would check it out. Actually got this and his book Deadfall the same day and decided to read this one first. The King family moves from Pasadena, CA to the small town of Pinedale,OR. When the arrive they begin searching fo a house to move into. The one they find seems to be a little scary to Xander the oldest son. Sounds seem weird, it feels like someone is watching you, and people seem to show up in different places then where they actually are. The Family still decides to move in and that is when the story really takes off. I couldnt put the book down and now have to go pickup book 2. The series will be 6 books in total. There is also a contest at www.robertliparulo.com thatyou can write in and decide where you want to see the family go and he may use it in a future book in the series and give you credit. This book is not just for the YA crowd but for adults too.

Awesome Start to a new Series | Posted October-28-2008
This is a very well written book and the characters are developed very well bringing a lot of insight to their thoughts. The story is a bout Patrick Bowers a FBI agent who is called in to help search for a serial killer. He is recently widowed and left with a 17 yr old step daughter who he doesnt really spend much time with. Bowers has a lot of things going on in his life besides trying to find a serial killer who leaves a chess piece at each crime scene. Bowers and the other agents seem to have problems figuring out who the killer is and he seems to be many steps ahead of them and have things planned out far in advance. I love the way that James works the historical details into the book and relates them to this story. Also brings to light the struggles of the teenage daughter and what she is dealing with(im not sure ive ever seen it really brought up before). I cant wait for the next book Rook.

The Rook Rocks!!!!!! | Posted October-28-2008
Steven James has created a great character in Patrick Bowers. This is the 2nd book about FBI agent Bowers (the 1st being "the Pawn"). James has brought a lot to the suspense thriller genre and I was amazed at how great these books are. I know this genre has been overdone quite a bit but these books really stand out. With great characters and great plotlines these are must reads. Bowers is investigating some arson fires in San Diego when a woman goes missing. Do the 2 cases relate and who is this mysterious person called Shade. He also has his teen step daughter along since he thinks it will just be a quick case to find an arsonist. The step daughter deals with a lot of situations that alot of teens are dealing with and put them in a new light which I think is great. Again a great book that I highly recommend.

Gansky Does It Again | Posted October-28-2008
Alton Gansky covers a lot of different territories in his novels. In this novel he is writing about Benjamin Tucker, a NASA Astronaut, who is involved in a tragedy in space. He is thought of as a hero for his work during the tragedy but is left scarred. He leaves NASA to join a private group interested in sending the first commercial flights into space. Others hold grudges and unforeseen people are against Tucker. All of this causes Him to question his faith in God. A great novel that is worth the read.

Album of the Year!!!! | Posted October-28-2008
I have this CD since it came out and am now just getting around to reviewing it. All of the songs are great and still great to listen to 4 years later. I love the vocals and different arrangements on this CD. Very powerful lyrics that really make you think about your walk with God. All tracks standout but my favorites are "If We are the Body" "What IF my People Prayed" "Voice of Truth" and "Who Am I." Definetaly an album for everyone.

No Sophmore Slump | Posted October-28-2008
This album is just as good if not better than their first. I dint think they could top their first album but they did. This is another collection of great songwriting with very powerful lyrics. Standout tracks are "Lifesong" "Praise You in the Storm" and "Does Anybody Hear Her." For Everyone who loves great music. The songs really turn your eyes to God and your walk with him.

Dive In | Posted October-28-2008
This is alot better than most of SCC albums. It contains a mix of rock/pop songs and some slower heartfelt songs. Contains the radio hits "Dive" and "Fingerprints of God." A nice intro to some of his newer music. Overall a good album that really shows who SCC really is.
