This is the one blip on the radar for SCC. I don't enjoy the cheesiness of some of the tracks, but the purpose is clear. Just not my favorite.

Even though this was a best of, it gave listeners something new: abbey road recordings, new song, etc. I love Not Home Yet--one of the best SCC songs.

This really marked the second shift in SCC's progression, cutting his hair and updating his sound. It didn't sit well with me at first, but I began to love the album the more I listened. Signs of Life is a great song.

This is my all-time favorite SCC album. From the first to the last track, he maintains a consistent vision and message. Every track speaks volumes and The Mountain is, I think, the best SCC song EVER!!!!

This is one of my first Christmas albums that I pull out every year--Precious Promise is simply powerful. SCC rocks!!

I remember when this came out, I just thought, "I am not a fan of best of's, but I will give it a spin." I then found myself LOVING it--it seemed new and fresh and the Medley rocks!!

One of my favorites | Posted October-26-2007
This was definately one of my favorite SCC albums of all time. While I will now choose to listen to his newer tracks, usually, I can always pull this one out, and I can feel God speaking directly to my heart. Treasure Island, while not one of his most popular songs, was one of my favorites.
