There’s a girl, the most beautiful girl
She looks in the mirror and all she see’s is fat
She sits at her meals and wonders where they go
“Will this go to my thighs, this to my stomach?
Will this go where I don’t want it?”
She might chew some gum every now and then
But most of the time there’s nothing in her mouth
And she doesn’t realize that the Father's calling out
There’s a girl, she’s scared out of her mind
She’s six weeks pregnant and the boy's not around
So she goes to the clinic of death
She kills her little baby and she doesn’t know why
She says, “I wasn’t ready for it”
But every day she thinks of what it’d be like
To hold her little baby in her arms
And to watch it grow up and play all day
And she prays, “Father, I know You don’t Hear me
Jesus, I know you can’t see me
For I killed Your little baby, oh God”
And God replies, “Yes you killed My baby
But there’s something that you need to know
That you’re My little baby girl
So sit there as I sing over you My child, My love”
