TOP TEN TWEETS
#1 - Good Use
@aaronkeyes: My son, Nyle (6), has a great idea for a new Food Truck: "Cement trucks should make smoothies." (November 12)
Worship leader Aaron Keyes's son may be onto something here; surely cement trucks could be put to more than one use.
#2 - Life Span
@matthammitt: I just heard on the news that coffee could be "extinct" by 2080. Good thing I'll be extinct too. ;) (November 12)
If such a catastrophic event as coffee bean extinction does occur... the lead singer of Sanctus Real is clinging to the semi-comforting fact that he won't be around to see it.
#3 - Food for the Road
@jonmicahsumrall: Moose for dinner tonight. It was actually really good. #norway #food (November 14)
Kutless has been enjoying time experiencing the exceptional scenery-- and food-- of Norway. Now you know for future reference that moose is better than it might sound.
#4 - Low Profile
@coltondixon: Channel 2 just interviewed my dad at the gas pump....I was ducking in the passenger seat. haha (November 15)
Sometimes not being the one in the spotlight is refreshing-- if challenging. Colton Dixon seems to be having some trouble avoiding the media... even if they're not there for him.
#5 - College Cred
@WillRetherford: -I have a hard time agreeing with owning a Hello Kitty backpack in college. (November 16)
Artist Will Retherford seems to think that certain things just don't belong on a college campus-- the exception being, of course, if the person is doing it ironically.
#6 - Good (Acoustic) Times
@owlcity: We recorded some live acoustic versions of a few songs and did an interview. Listen to it exclusively on @Spotify here: http://spoti.fi/TUTdDp (November 16)
Owl City stopped by Spotify headquarters and recorded a few acoustic tracks exclusively available on Spotify. The tunes are definitely worth a listen.
#7 - Technological Advance
@sethontherun: That moment when no one is getting into your drum solo cuz theyre all videoing it........ (November 16)
There are some downsides to technological advances, as Seth of Children 18:3 discovered. On the plus side, maybe the drum solo will go viral, making it all worth it?
#8 - Impending Apocalypse
@jonnydiaz: I don't honestly know if I've ever had a Twinkie. At least all the uneaten ones will last forever. #theresstilltime (November 16)
One of the most-discussed news items of the week was the closing of Hostess, best known for their sweet, preservative-laced treats the Twinkie. Jonny Diaz was one of several artists offering the consolation that the preservatives will probably ensure that Twinkies are around for a long while to come.
#9 - Songs as Stuffing
@matthew_west: Great news! My CD fits perfectly in Christmas stockings. I checked! So this year put "Into the Light" "Into the Stocking." #shamelessplug (November 17)
Just in case you're doing some early Christmas shopping and are already stumped... Matthew West's got your back.
#10 - Keep Watching
@SanctusReal: Excited for everyone to see the new music video for "Promises" on Tuesday! http://fb.me/1LYme02yG (November 18)
If you listen to much Christian radio, you've probably heard Sanctus Real's recent single "Promises." If you haven't, this Tuesday you'll have a chance to hear it accompanied by their shiny new music video. Stay tuned!

Switchfoot lives a life of constant adventure-- most recently involving time on the football field. Do you think a couple of band guys can hold their own?
