THE UNEXPECTED
@anberlin: First time in flying history for me. " So, we boarded you on the wrong plane. This one is going to Newark. To your left is your plane to Houston" -NY http://instagr.am/p/JAaw7dweS9/ (April 4)
This could have changed the travel plans of a plane full of people rather drastically. Fortunately the mistake was caught in time.
@adamagee: I'VE HAD 8 SHOTS OF ESPRESSO TODAY! I'M TOTALLY FINE!! I DON'T THINK IT'S AFFECTING ME AT ALL!!! (April 6)
Building up an immunity to caffeine only goes so far. There comes a point where it will start affect anyone... as the lead singer of Stellar Kart discovered.
@jonsteingard: Life is so weird. I never thought I'd be eating McDonald's breakfast at 5am in western Australia with P.O.D. (April 6)
If ever there was justification for the phrase “expect the unexpected...” this would probably be it. “I’m lovin’ it”?
@jonforeman: This definitely did not happen. http://instagr.am/p/JFY8c_tn1B/ (April 6)
In case you thought Switchfoot’s Foreman brothers are as composed and serious as some of their songs... think again.
@owlcity: Consider the daffodil. And while you're doing that, I'll be over here looking through your stuff. (April 6)
Adam Young of Owl City is talented not only in the area of creating incredibly catchy songs, but also in the area of creating evil schemes.
@superchicktrish: Presenting our little Ava Rose http://fb.me/1E6edMty5 (April 6)
This week Nick and Tricia Baumhardt (of Stellar Kart and Superchick, respectively) welcomed their first daughter. The youngest Superchick’s first days are already well documented on both parents’ Twitters (find Nick @nickbaumhardt).
SUNDAY IS COMING
@lecrae: A day off work is not what makes this Friday "Good", this is the day when all my sins were nailed into the wood. (April 6)
Quite a few artists shared their thoughts throughout the Easter weekend. Lecrae kicked it off with this thought on Friday.
@audreyassad: Good Friday. I shall try to enter in to the darkness of this day, in order to be ready to receive the Easter light of Sunday. (April 6)
Audrey Assad provided her own perspective on Good Friday.
@FamilyForce5: Happy Ultimate Zombie day. #backfromtheDead (April 8)
Easter greetings come in all shapes and sizes. Family Force 5 celebrated the holiday with their characteristic spin.
@mikedonehey: My Savior lives, and so will I. (April 8)
Mike Donehey, lead singer of Tenth Avenue North, provided quite a few Easter reflection tweets, culminating in this simple statement Easter morning. See 1 Corinthians 15:20-22.
@ChrisAugust: Great Easter service at church this morning. Time to sit back and watch The Masters. My kind of day. http://instagr.am/p/JK04ksLakH/ (April 8)
For many Christian artists, a big part of the celebration is getting to take a day off work and watch someone else take the stage for a morning. Chris August was one of several who
shared his appreciation for the day of rest.
