Lecrae obviously has a lot of faith in the quality of fellow rapper Tedashii's new album--so much so that he fabricated an entertaining tweet from the President in order to creatively advertise the new album Blacklight.

The Rocket Summer (Bryce Avary's one-man band) released a live album this week, containing recordings from the “Bryce Avary: His Instruments and Your Voices” tour last fall. The best part of this release is that it's free. You can download it at www.therocketsummer.com.

John Cooper of Skillet managed to get a lot of news into one tweet. This week the rockers won a Billboard Music Award (for Top Christian Album), and it was also announced that their song “Awake and Alive” will be featured on the Transformers 3 soundtrack alongside some of the biggest names in mainstream rock.

Bands definitely receive a lot of comments during their time on the road, both positive and negative. Tricia of Superchic[k] had an unusual and amusing question from a young fan this week.

Flying is not always the most positive experience in the world, particularly considering the cramped conditions. Kevin Young (frontman of Disciple) had a flight demonstrating this on Friday.

Singer Christa Black had an interesting encounter with Jack White (of The White Stripes fame). Apparently even artists occasionally have awkward celebrity encounters. But maybe someday they could become friends and release an album together called
Black & White. Or not.

There are definitely a lot of unusual hiccup cures, but the cure Chris Dudley of Underoath mentioned on his Twitter may be among the more bizarre.

Mark Hall of Casing Crowns spends a lot of time investing in the lives of youth. He seems to know how to handle them relatively well by now. Here he demonstrated the great problem with relativism.
