TOURING LANDMARKS

Chapstique and Nadaddy (guitar and synthesizer for Family Force 5) had the unusual experience of watching their own band perform without them. We can only assume that lead singer Soul Glow filled in on the guitar, because otherwise that could have been a very interesting performance.

CELEBRATING

Grand Saline (Chris Tomlin's hometown) changed a street name and had a ceremony titled Chris Tomlin Day to celebrate him on his birthday, May 4th. This had MercyMe guitarist Mike Scheuchzer aspiring to a similar position of fame.

Jeff Owen and Jason Jamison of Tenth Avenue North amused themselves on Twitter this week by converting ever-popular Chuck Norris facts into Mac Powell facts. The results are amusing, even without knowing what prompted this particular group of tweets.
