Now that the weather is finally starting to get warmer and we’re spending more time outside, that also means that we need pop-filled anthems added to our playlists. Upbeat, passionate, relatable, and high-energy are just a few of the words that describe the artistry in these songs. Take a listen to the ones that have already been released and mark your calendars for the ones upcoming.

“You Were Always Good” – Samuel Day

Part of NRT Music’s artist roster, “You Were Always Good” is Samuel Day’s third single of 2026. This is an upbeat, catchy song about God’s goodness. This is one of those songs that checks all the boxes musically and lyrically.

“Tears Hit the Floor” – Kim Viera

From writing songs for secular artists to solely focusing on writing and singing Christian music, “Tears Hit the Floor” is Kim Viera’s second single of 2026. With Latin-pop vibes, the song was inspired by prophetic words spoken over her and is from the perspective of someone crying out to God and fighting with their old self. The meaning of this song is deep and relatable.

“Sunday Morning” – Tauren Wells, Pastor Mike Jr.

Tauren Wells has been on fire in 2026, with this being his fourth single this year. “Sunday Morning” is a high-energy, praise-filled song that will make you want to stand up and lift your hands. If you need a song to help you get up and go on early mornings, this is the one.

“Precious” – Zane Walls, Fission

Zane Walls is another artist who has already released numerous singles in 2026. Also, NRT Music artist “Precious” releases his sixth single of 2026. This song is infused with EDM (electronic dance music) vibes and has great Christ-focused lyrics.

“New Life” – Josh Grove

Another NRT Music artist, Josh Grove, is relatively new and released his first four singles in 2025. “New Life” has been teased on his social media and has rock/pop vibes. Even though he’s a teenager, Josh Grove’s lyricism is beyond his years. This artist is definitely worth checking out.

Felicia Holt has been writing for NRT since 2024. She lives in North Carolina with her husband and children. She is a lifelong fan of Christian music and enjoys attending concerts and spending time outdoors with a good book.
