She has released several singles and projects, with songs like "You Won't" highlighting her personal testimony and spiritual journey. Through her artistry, Madison aims to inspire and encourage listeners with messages of hope and authenticity.

Her songs are upbeat and catchy, and she is a great role model for girls. Madison’s music is full of positive, grace-filled messages of hope that address life's pressures. I had the chance to interview the artist about her song, “You Won’t.”

Could you please share the personal story behind this song?

“You Won’t” is a testament to my conviction that God would never abandon me during my darkest moments, even when everything else seemed to be falling apart. I wrote this song to offer hope and a sense of being seen and loved to others going through similar struggles, emphasizing the constant and unchanging nature of God's love in contrast to the unreliable nature of people. This is my first song specifically about my faith and relationship with Jesus.

This song is very personal, rooted in my experience with depression and anxiety, during which my faith in God gave me constant support.

Which Bible verses connect to the message of the song?

Romans 8:38-40 (NKJV): "For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Hebrews 13:5 (NKJV): Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."

Psalm 139:14 (NIV): "I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well."

Ephesians 2:10 (NLT): "For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago."

Lamentations 3:22-23 (VOICE): "How enduring is God's loyal love; the Eternal has inexhaustible compassion. Here they are, every morning, new! Your faithfulness, God, is as broad as the day."

1 John 4:18-19 (NKJV): "There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We love because He first loved us."

Isaiah 41:10 (NKJV): "Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; yes, I will help you and uphold you with My righteous right hand."

Hebrews 11:1 (NLT): "Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see."

Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV): "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."

What is the takeaway message?

The song’s message is about the unchanging nature of God's love, which remains steadfast, regardless of circumstances or the actions of others. As noted in Hebrews 13:5, God "will never leave you or forsake you" and will never treat you any differently than loved.

I wrote the song to give hope to others who are hurting or in need of a breakthrough. I hope people feel seen, known, and loved, knowing that they, too, might have someone or something like God in their lives that never leaves them.

The song was written during a difficult period of depression and anxiety. I found strength and guidance through my faith, which helped me get through that challenging time.

Lyrics

Here again
With my heart torn up and my head in my hands
Past the point of breaking

Could You pick me up
Cause I just need someone I can trust
When no one else will listen

Somehow You always seem to know just what to say
I give You every reason to just walk away

But You won’t
When everything falls to pieces
You don’t
Leave me here broken I’m not alone
I don’t need anything else but to know
When everyone else would let go
You won’t

I’ve had enough
Pushing myself away from love
Didn’t know what I was missing
You’ve got a heart that’s different
It’s always loyal to me
While people make promises they can’t keep

You won’t
When everything falls to pieces
You don’t
Leave me here broken I’m not alone
I don’t need anything else but to know
Everyone else would let go
You won’t

I don’t know how Your feelings for me never change
I give You every reason to just walk away

But you won’t
When everything falls to pieces
You don’t
Leave me here broken I’m not alone
I don’t need (I don’t need) anything else but to know
Everyone else would let go
You won’t

Closing Thoughts

“You Won’t” is an uplifting and empowering anthem that encourages us to sing over ourselves, pushing away fear, worry, and anxiety. It beautifully echoes the themes and messages from Psalm 139: "How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God. How great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand; When I awake, I am still with You." This song reminds us of God's incredible love and care, offering comfort and reassurance whenever we need it.

God is honest, near, and just a breath away. This song symbolizes your victory over battles before you even see the earthly outcome. Trust that God goes before you, and He wins.

"You Won’t” is a daily prayer inviting God to come into our hearts and transform our lives. When His presence is within us as believers, it naturally reflects in how we act and live. Remember, only Jesus can truly give you your authentic identity.

I hear a sincere longing for God and gratitude in Madison’s vocals for God's mercy and grace. As followers of Jesus, one of the most heartfelt ways we can share the wonderful upside-down Kingdom of God with those who don't believe is by genuinely living out the inspiring words of this song. Having supernatural inner joy demonstrates to others that we have the hope and joy of God's love and are living according to His plans for us—even during tough times. We mustn't abandon Him but instead keep trusting in Him.

This song is a powerful way to surrender to God and dedicate yourself to Him. The Bible teaches us to trust what God says about us, no matter how we feel. He knows us deeply, and because Jesus sacrificed Himself on the cross, God sees us as holy, righteous, redeemed, chosen, fully understood, and forgiven—regardless of our actions. If you've placed all your hope and trust in Jesus, nothing can separate you from His love.

The Holy Spirit gives us new life, so we are no longer burdened by guilt, fear, perfectionism, or worry. We are new creations and should live as children of God. This song is a daily prayer, asking God to come and transform our hearts and lives. Only Jesus can define our identity. It powerfully shows what it means to accept that God never leaves or forsakes us. He's all we need.

Many Scripture passages discuss our identity in Christ. After listening several times, you'll find that the song's message feels even more heartfelt, filled with comforting Bible truths like God is love and we love because He first loved us. Keep in mind that Jesus loves you deeply and has wonderful plans for you if you trust Him as your Savior.

God may not promise to shield us from pain, but it's important to trust Him through everything. Let's keep patience and faith as we wait for His wonderful plans for our lives. We just need to be patient and let Him guide us. Sometimes, we might feel we have little to offer God and hope for something in return. Still, it's good to remember that nothing compares to the incredible joy of truly knowing Jesus.

We all carry some false beliefs about ourselves, and we face an opponent who tries to bring us down. He has a voice, and he speaks to us, but the voice of God's Agape Love is much louder and more loving. This song reminds us to see ourselves from God's perspective. It's such a beautiful message of redemption—grace is a free gift, an unearned favor that we can cherish and remember.

If you are looking for a firm foundation in your life, make these lyrics your personal prayer: “You won’t/When everything falls to pieces/You don’t/Leave me here broken I’m not alone/I don’t need anything else but to know/Everyone else would let go/You won’t.” Amen to that.
