Could you please share the personal story behind this song?
“You Won’t” is a testament to my conviction that God would never abandon me during my darkest moments, even when everything else seemed to be falling apart. I wrote this song to offer hope and a sense of being seen and loved to others going through similar struggles, emphasizing the constant and unchanging nature of God's love in contrast to the unreliable nature of people. This is my first song specifically about my faith and relationship with Jesus.
This song is very personal, rooted in my experience with depression and anxiety, during which my faith in God gave me constant support.

What is the takeaway message?
The song’s message is about the unchanging nature of God's love, which remains steadfast, regardless of circumstances or the actions of others. As noted in Hebrews 13:5, God "will never leave you or forsake you" and will never treat you any differently than loved.
I wrote the song to give hope to others who are hurting or in need of a breakthrough. I hope people feel seen, known, and loved, knowing that they, too, might have someone or something like God in their lives that never leaves them.
The song was written during a difficult period of depression and anxiety. I found strength and guidance through my faith, which helped me get through that challenging time.

Having supernatural inner joy demonstrates to others that we have the hope and joy of God's love and are living according to His plans for us—even during tough times. We mustn't abandon Him but instead keep trusting in Him.
This song is a powerful way to surrender to God and dedicate yourself to Him. The Bible teaches us to trust what God says about us, no matter how we feel. He knows us deeply, and because Jesus sacrificed Himself on the cross, God sees us as holy, righteous, redeemed, chosen, fully understood, and forgiven—regardless of our actions. If you've placed all your hope and trust in Jesus, nothing can separate you from His love.

He has a voice, and he speaks to us, but the voice of God's Agape Love is much louder and more loving. This song reminds us to see ourselves from God's perspective. It's such a beautiful message of redemption—grace is a free gift, an unearned favor that we can cherish and remember.
