SEOUL BROTHER EP by nobigdyl. x Kato On The Track From indie tribe.’s founder and artist nobigdyl., a new project was handcrafted in just seven days with one of today’s iconic Billboard-charting producers Kato On The Track. Kato was a guest on dyl.’s Creative CTRL podcast during the first episode of season two. On YouTube and Instagram, dyl. including behind the scenes snippets of the creative process throughout the week. The EP is a six-track offering which blends theological depth with southern soul dissecting the diverse intersection of Korean, African American and Southern culture. Relatable topics spoken on include identity, redemption, and the tension between calling and culture through cinematic production and confessional bars.
Favorites include “SUFFERING IN SILENCE,” “NEVER GOING BACK” featuring Project Pat representing a spirit-filled war cry, and “Hologram” which delivers a sharp rebuke of spiritual imitation. The EP carries both spiritual weight and emotional depth. The basis speaks as prophetic hip-hop; rooted in scripture, grounded in experience, and aimed at the eternal.
Essentially, the content for the EP was finished within three and a half days, while the other three and a half days were devoted to postproduction and finishing touches. In dyl.’s Instagram stories, he explains how he limited to working up to only a 45-minute timeline per verse. The result after that time is what was kept and recorded. Kato was instrumental in helping dyl. remain laser focused and not overthink bars. Honestly, this new “power couple” seems to only scratch the creative edges of what’s possible, as I believe we can expect a multitude of content from this two going forward. BrvndonP - "God Did It" RPSMG and RMG Amplify’s BrvndonP created an early summer anthem for the people! Believers that are humbled, grateful, loved, and blessed by God, this track is your victory soundtrack going forward. Regardless of the situation or mess you put yourself into, God brought you out. God rescued and sustained you. God surrounds us with undeniable and everlasting love. “God Did It” is a message of gratitude for the multitude of received blessings, praise reports and testimonies created. Co-produced with Origami, the production sounds are upbeat, motivated and fuel the positive vibes throughout. This is your feel good song of the year. Stream “God Did It” on Spotify and Apple Music.
Bizzle feat. Lil' Biz - "Last Time"
God Over Money’s Bizzle releases his third single of 2025. Perfect as a Father’s Day release, Bizzle explains hard truths about absentee dads or dads with far too complex schedules absent of quality time for their children. Before we know it, they’re grown with their own agendas and schedules. Bizzle’s son joins him on the track for the hook too driving home the meaning behind it all. As a dad of two daughters, this one hit different. A reevaluation and action taken. I love the simplicity of the production too between the keys, snare and bass.
