nobigdyl. - "COACH" The man behind the CREATIVE CTRL podcast and indie tribe.’s front man, nobigdyl. drops his fourth single of 2024. Dyl. And producer 1995 link up once again for a classic. “COACH” explores the concept of divine guidance and how true excellence derives from humble confidence in our Creator. It’s a thematic song for individuals trying to navigate daily life with a true purpose and direct impact in mind. Dyl. essentially skates over 95’s eclectic mix of drums meshed with innovative percussion elements of sound. Jon Keith - "NUMB" The second drop from indie tribe. showcases Jon Keith's fourth single. The accompany video displays footage from the recent 'The Pray Tour' featuring 1K Phew, Aha Gazelle, 1K Pson, and Keith himself. If you look closely at the 1:36-1:37 mark, you'll even see yours truly from the Vienna, Virginia show on March 21. "NUMB' is a collision of a pop, coffeehouse, hip-hop infused track spotlighting an acoustic guitar, similar soundscapes and thunderous 808's atop everything. VILLAGE KNG - "Kriss Cross"
The CHH veteran duo known as VILLAGE KNG (Pettidee and Knowdaverbs) returns with a fresh single since their debut EP dropped in June of 2023. "Kriss Cross" is a retrospective look back into the 1990s when hip-hop didn't shy away from injecting fun and movement into the culture. It's pretty crazy "Jump" from Kris Kross was released 32 years ago last month.
This single was produced by OGTha3 (Yo Gotti, Dave East, Krizz Kalico) and speaks to those times in life when a quick reaction is needed in any given situation. It was created to build confidence for finding and maintaining joy while carrying the crosses of faith, life and responsibility. Similar to how Christ carried His cross for our redemption.
