NEW: "O Come All Ye Faithful"
O come, all ye faithful Joyful and triumphant O come ye, o come ye to Bethlehem Come and behold Him Born the King of Angels!
It's officially the month of Christmas, the happiest time of the year! Well, some of us might not be feeling the holiday spirit just yet. It's been a tough year and an abrupt change to happiness may not be possible. But God never asked for us to come healed. We don't need to be in one perfect piece to take part in His love. He wants us no matter where we are or how we are feeling. This holiday season, He simply desires for His faithful children to join Him in celebration. We are all at different stages in life, but we can be united by an adoration of Jesus. Come as you are and rejoice in the goodness of our God and the miracle of His Son.
NEW: "Hark"
Joyful, all ye nations rise Join the triumph of the skies With angelic host proclaim Christ is born in Bethlehem Hark! The herald angels sing Glory to the newborn King
The holiday season has begun! As we celebrate, we must remember not to lose sight of the origin of Christmas. Let us not confuse the material gifts with the gift of Jesus, our main reason for joy. The earthly things are not the foundations of Christmas. It is Jesus's birthday that we are celebrating and He should be at the center of our joy. We are here for Him.
