Top 5 Natalie Grant Worship Songs
Kevin Davis shares his top 5 picks from Natalie Grant's worship songs over the years.

Multiple time GMA Dove Award winning powerhouse Female Vocalist of the Year Natalie Grant has blessed worshippers and provided worship leaders with songs to lead congregations into the Throne Room of Grace with her recordings of songs such as "In Christ Alone," "Power Of The Cross," "Desert Song," "Your Great Name" and "You Deserve," which are all vertical worship songs that really showcase Natalie's excellent vocals.

Connecting with her new album Be One featuring Natalie (and her daughters) singing Bethel Music's "Ever Be," released November 13, this top 5 Natalie Grant worship songs list is comprised of songs that are completely worshipful and focused on the reason why we are mission-minded to "Be One," which is in gratitude for our salvation from Jesus.

Here are my top 5 worship songs by Natalie Grant.

1. "Your Great Name" from Love Revolution

The main message of the song is to hold on to the Name of Jesus, as something better is coming. The grace that God offers in the crux of the song, expressed in the incredible bridge "Redeemer, My Healer, Almighty, My Savior, Defender, You are My King," is what really moves me and guides me in my Christian walk, living every day for Heaven. This is an amazing song to sing at the top of our lungs: "Jesus, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain for us, Son of God and Man, You are high and lifted up; that all the world will praise Your great name."

2. "Held" from Awaken

This song won the GMA Dove Award for Song of the Year, written by Christa Wells. It is one of the most moving songs I've ever heard, and I break down every time I hear Natalie sing this emotional bridge: "If hope is born of suffering, If this is only the beginning, Can we not wait for one hour watching for our Savior?"

3. "In Better Hands" from Relentless

"In Better Hands" is one of my favorite songs in my own personal worship time, and I'm moved every time Natalie sings these emotional words: "It's like the sun is shining when the rain is pouring down, It's like my soul is flying though my feet are on the ground. It's like the world is silent though I know it isn't true, it's like the breath of Jesus is right here in this room."

4. "Ever Be" from Be One

The message of this Bethel Music song from We Will Not Be Shaken is so personal and biblical, as it is directed to both believers and non-believers to know that there is no condemnation for our sins when we accept Jesus as our substitute and Savior. Being a Christian father of three young daughters, "Ever Be" reflects the yearning for Jesus that I pray for my daughters to feel in their hearts as well. Every song written by Bethel Music completely focuses me as a listener on joining in praise, worship and adoration of our beautiful King Jesus. The song is a beautiful reminder of our eternal promise and convicts us to remember that His praise should ever be on our lips as wait for the blessed hope of living forever with Him. This song does give us a foretaste of eternity where in Heaven followers of Jesus will sing "You will be praised, You will be praised, with angels and saints we sing worthy are You Lord."

5. "Greatness of Our God" from Love Revolution

This track is a ballad recognizing our fragile existence in view of God's incomprehensible greatness. "Greatness of Our God" is a great way to pray along with Natalie and to remember that God will never leave or forsake you. There is nothing that can separate us from the love of Jesus. The song, written by Reuben Morgan, Jason Ingram and Stuart Garrard, is also on the Hillsong album A Beautiful Exchange.
