Title song rocks! | Posted October-27-2009
I loved "To Know That You're Alive" when I heard it on Air-1. It's an awesome song and I was like "yeah!" when it came on. So wish I had this album. *whine*

Strong Tower- have it on WOW Hits 2006...great song!
Better Is One Day - Charles McVety's show Word.ca uses it as the theme song for the ad for Canada Christian College. Great rendition!
I bet the rest are awesome too!

2 fave songs | Posted September-23-2009
I loved the songs "Life After You" and "Open Up Your Eyes" I definitely think they could get adds on Christian radio if they submitted those 2 songs for consideration.

Twists and turns galore | Posted September-21-2009
If you love Phyllis A. Whitney books, you'll adore "Whispers of The Bayou". There are so many plot twists and turns that I didn't expect. It starts off mysterious and grows stranger and stranger. An awesome mystery!

Won't put it down! | Posted September-21-2009
Like a spiderweb pinched in the middle and drawn together, so these characters's lives intersect. Near the conclusion there's a twist you might not expect. Great read!

Intriguing | Posted September-18-2009
Filled with science, drama, suspense, and faith, "Shadows of Lancaster County" is a great read. I don't know if the books are easier to figure out or I'm smarter, but I wondered casually if who I thought it might be was the one. I was right. Weird. :) Unlikely pairing of DNA tech and Amish.

Reads like an Amish soap opera!!! | Posted September-14-2009
A lot of the scenes in this book repeat the same issues over and over. It's a good story but the dialogue is odd sounding, almost like it's written as though translated literally from the Pennsylvania Dutch.
The plot has so many twists and turns you won't see coming, I guarantee it!

Sweet story | Posted September-10-2009
This book's plot almost seems tailor-made for movies; a young widow meets his adopted daughter's single mother, she sues for joint custody, and they fall in love. I loved this book. It was very well written.

A sweet story | Posted September-10-2009
I loved the story in this book; it's yet another Amish, Mennonite, etc Christian fiction book.(Seems to be a trend)Some of the descriptive passages seem to be a little too often repeated but it's a satisfying ending.

Little hard to understand at times | Posted September-10-2009
Again, Lee Strobel takes us on a journey; this time to fight against evolution. Although the science can get confusing at times, the message of the book comes though loud and clear; God created the universe. Provides fascinating proofs of creation and sound proofs against evolution.
