Selah's song choices are beautiful. I was a little disappointed by "I Surrender All", though- I've heard a better version done by Greatworshipsongs.com's praise band.

I've loved "In my Arms" since I first heard it. Tiff has a greaM voice. "I Can't Do This" is great too! I didn't listen to disc 2 though. Remixes usually turn out weird.

I have loved "Held" from when I first heard it. It's such a sweet song that I love singing along to because of its message. "Awaken" and "Live For Today" are great too.

I listened to this staggered throughout Christmas day to enjoy it. Fave songs are "Come Thou Long Expected Jesus" "Emmanuel (Hallowed Manger Ground)" and "Winter Snow". Great music!

The story and characters were terrific....there were many plot twists.....but the one thing I don't like is it ended so quickly, almost rushed. I want to know what happens to Elin, Kirsten, and Sofia afterwards!

They seem to cling a lot to scripture-lifted phrases. Nothing wrong with that; on the contrary, it's a wondrful starting place for a pre-believing new listener ("where does God make THAT promise?/say that?"). You'll enjoy it.

For some reason, I'd always shied away from Sara Groves' music. I heard a song once of hers that I didn't like (can't even remember what it was) and since then I wasn't really enthusiastic about her music. But I have to say, this album changed my mind. Perhaps I've grown to love acoustic musing woman music since Lara Landon's debut this year. All I can say is, don't miss this album. Well done Sara.

and I have to totally thank her! Beautiful Bird is a great album. I really admire singer-songwriters. My fave song on this album is either "The Sun Shines Through" or "I Wish"

I was almost turned off by all the politics. Had it not been for the great characters, I would've put it down. Didn't make me cry, but I was so glad how things turned out.

I LOVE this album! "The Face Of God" "Thunder Rolls"....it's hard to pick a favorite! The vocals are well done, the lyrics are stellar....how are they indie?
