Skillet - Awake is another great album from a great band, I only recieved the album after pre-ordering it back in july and waiting for it to be shipped to England but it was well worth the wait.

This CD was absolutely awesome! It rarely had anything that wasn't simply great on it. The song "Rebirthing" has a great violin part, which really brings out a totally different side, I absolutely adore anything that has some type of wonder ....
This album will not let you down. I have been a skillet fan since the release of Alien youth and they have yet to disappointment me. This album is full of guitars, strings and vocals that will definitely leave you feeling Awake and alive.
It's been a long time since Skillet moved past Comatose. "Awake" surely won't disappoint fans.
The opening singles are "Hero" and "Monster". I personally prefer the former, but there are better songs throughout the album.
