At only thirty years of age, Lauren Talley has already made an indelible mark upon the gospel music world and has inspired a generation of young people to serve the Lord.
Lauren rose to national prominence in the gospel music field with her family, The Talleys, who have spent many years at the forefront of gospel music. Her lead vocals shine on ten number one hits for the family, and she has been awarded many times by her fans and peers. Lauren is commonly recognized as a featured artist on the Gaither Homecoming video series and concert tour, as well as In Touch with Dr. Charles Stanley. While her beloved singing voice is instantly recognizable, her calling extends far beyond a song.
In 2010, Lauren released her first book, "Songs In The Night." The book/CD combination unexpectedly gave birth to a new chapter of ministry. Lauren realized a passion for empowering and encouraging people to live a victorious, joyful and purposeful Christian life, especially women.
This passion led her to begin sharing her message in new ways. She now speaks and sings for women's conferences and performs solo concerts in various settings. Lauren's unique style of interacting with her audience enables her to make fast friends, and her events are described as fun, entertaining, and above all, a powerful ministry.
Lauren's ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds is easy to see from her thousands of Twitter followers worldwide.
As Lauren looks to the future, a new solo album is already in the works, as well as a new book specifically designed to teach young women who they are in Christ, and how being a woman of God impacts every area of life.
