Joey Witham is a worship leader/songwriter from Dallas, Texas. Joey has been writing music for twelve years and has been leading worship on a full-time basis for seven years.

Joey is a passionate and talented worship leader with a desire to usher people to God's throne. He leads worship out of the integrity of his life and overflow of his heart. His excellence in music is second only to his desire to serve Christ and initiate others into a worship experience with Him. Joey has had the opportunity to team up with some great ministries through the years -- Iwitness ministries, Virtuous Reality Ministries, Metro Bible Studies, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Awakening Ministries, Shepherd Ministries, and Baptist Student Ministries, among others.

In 2007, Joey released his third album, "Great Homesickness." This album gives a creative view of the longing for Heaven. It's a great mix of music ranging from the corporate worship songs, "Send Your Glory" and "Speaks Aloud," to the upbeat rock singles, “Call Out” and "Spirit Bound." Joey also gives us a cool look into his relationship with his wife in the song, "Coldplay and Stars." This is really a cool blend of music and one that you will definitely want to turn up! It's an array of songs that point to one thing, and that is the longing we have to be with our maker.
