We Shot The Moon is an indie band from San Diego, California featuring singer-songwriter Jonathan Jones (formerly of Waking Ashland), guitarist Paul Wheatley, and originally Dan Koch and Joe Greenetz of Sherwood. the band delivers a top level performance of piano rock songs. Their music has been said to possess "shades of Coldplay, The Fray, and Jimmy Eat World."
