Each week, dozens of singles and a handful of projects are released in the Christian Hip-Hop (CHH) and Urban Soul spaces. Below, we listen to a few highlights and list the rest for your own discovery. As always, follow our New Christian Rap & Hip Hop playlist on Spotify and Apple Music to listen to all the latest.
KB feat. Ryan Ofei and One Church Music - "We Still Believe Here (HLY FOREVER)"
Provident Music Group’s KB returns after nearly a year’s hiatus from releasing new music. The deluxe version of His Glory Alone II is about to hit its one-year anniversary on the 16th of February. Currently, KB is a part of the Winter Jam 2025 tour visiting 38 cities in a three-month period.
“We Still Believe (HLY FOREVER)” samples the Chris Tomlin hit “Holy Forever” from the album Always in 2022. The track currently stands with over 44 million streams on Spotify alone. From the start with the choir to the worship-laden cadence, every portion of the track is native to KB’s delivery and style known from the last two His Glory Alone projects. Several switches in tempo, heartfelt lyrics, and catchy wordplay examples finetune this track as one of his best. Stream “We Still Believe (HLY FOREVER)” on Spotify and Apple Music.
Miles Minnick and Jon Keith - "LOOK" California-bred Jon Keith (San Diego) and Miles Minnick (Pittsburg) link up for their second single off the forth coming collaboration EP entitled, West Indies. Production of this track was handled by Keith himself and the legendary Enzo Gran. As expected, the west coast bop feel are felt throughout, just as the previous track "Him." Keith tends to the hook, yet Minnick shoots off his sixteens first. It's a total and utter vibe, as expected. The EP should be dropping before March 1. Stream "LOOK" Spotify and Apple Music.
Aable - "twentytwentyfive"
Independent Philly-based artist Aable promises 2025 is going to be different, smothered in creativity and experimentation. The first single of the new year is from a collection of innovative songs testing new and unique sounds. Varied deliveries and rhyme schemes injected with refreshed lyrical cadences. The end goal of such exploration is to handcraft something refreshing to compliment and highlight our love for Christ Jesus and for hip-hop lyricism. The track was produced by Rashid Saint-Fleur. He's already known as one of the elite rappers due to his purist freestyle abilities, but overall diversity from Aable is about to take center stage. Stream "twentytwentyfive" on Spotify and Apple Music.
