Ferret Records recording artist Maylene & the Sons of Disaster are set to release a limited edition, two song, hand numbered 7’’ July 27, 2010. The piece features the songs "Where the Saints Roam" and "Cheap Thrills Cost the Most" as well as a digital deluxe version of their album III. That will have both b-sides as well as the video for the hit song Step Up (I'm On It).

Maylene & the Sons of Disaster formed in Birmingham, AL in 2004, featuring vocalist, Dallas Taylor, formerly of Underoath. They released III on June 23, 2009 and have scanned over 22,000 copies to date. The album debuted at #71 on the Top 200, #7 on the Indie Chart, and #9 on the Hard Music chart. Their first release with Ferret, II, has garnered critical acclaim and scanned over 40,000. Over the past couple years, Maylene has toured with All that Remains, Emery, Killswitch Engage and Saosin to name a few. Their hit, “Step Up (I’m on It)” has been featured in multiple WWE promotions, the World Series, Zippo, Sons of Anarchy, and more.
