Christian hardcore/metal act Once Nothing have inked a deal with Solid State. The band had this to say on their MySpace blog:
"We are extremely blessed and proud to announce that we have officially become a part of the SolidState/Tooth and Nail family! This band started seven years ago and we have put all of our heart and soul into it and this is a shining moment for us."
The new record is called, "First Came the Law", and was recorded by Jamie King (Between the Buried and Me) in North Carolina. Expect it out on January 15, 2008

New Solid State band Once Nothing bursts onto the scene with their major-label debut full-length album First Came the Law. The band describes themselves as blue coller metal. They are not kidding. This album is wicked cool. The screaming could do with a little touch-up, but the rest of the CD is one big head-bangin' experience. Skip track 6 and 12 and you'll still have 47 minutes of " funky, funky music." Once Nothing is a band that should be watched by people in the future.
