Rock Beats Giant is the first release from The Impossible Nothing, which is the newest brainchild of Gregg Hart of Midiboy Music. The genre is a hybrid hard rock / electronic style that has influences from all over the board, from 70s, 80, all the way to modern rock and electronic. You'll hear everything from a dubstep breakdown, to crunchy and screaming guitars...and it's all done from a host of synths and keyboards.
Lyrically, the album hits hard on topics such as the End Times, our tendency to try to make up our own truths, our need for God, our inability to hide our sins from God, and forgiveness.
