I felt like this was just an average album for Casting Crowns. They have put so much effort and passion into their past albums, but I felt like this album was just something like they felt they were supposed to do. Sort of a, "Well, we've been a band for a while, so I suppose we should do a Christmas album." Nevertheless, this is still a good album and I still enjoy listening to it either way. God bless!!

Growing up in a Christian home, my parents were always listening to DC Talk and Steven Curtis Chapman, so naturally I have always liked groups like them. As i have gotten older my style has changed to the more contemporary rock side with bands like Skillet, Pillar, and Red. Listening to his knew album really made me fall in love with all of the classics all over again, not to mention the new songs that have powerful lyrics. This is a great album.
Great Album | Posted August-09-2011
Overall, this album is great. Like most albums, it has a few down sides. Some of the tracks are nothing but him talking about his life, which there is nothing wrong with, but if you are someone who is looking for constant music, then this album has a lot of tracks that break up the music. The songs "Windows Down" and "I Ain't Turning Back" are great songs that have that great thumping beat that all hip hop artists strive for. I recommend this album, but see no need to download all of it as there are some tracks that are just not necessary and would be nothing but a waste of money for those looking for strictly music.
