Was never a fan of Skillet (only knew one lame older pop song on the local Christian radio) so had none of their albums... saw them in concert this year with my kids, and WOW! Great live show, and just as exciting on the CD too. The other reviews here speak to the CD high points. My 2 cents would be if you listen to alternative rock radio or grew up listening to hard rock, even metal, you will really enjoy this album. Great songwriting, great melodies, great loud guitar, crunching riffs, pounding drums.. all the cliche review points are here.. and I mean that in a good way. Easily my favorite CD purchase in the last 4 years (well, aside from anything by tobyMac).
