It's a matter of lyrics connecting to your soul and moving it. People want to base "good music" on what's hip or cool; what "bumps" better in the trunk of their Honda. I feel music. I don't just listen to it. At times (East to West for example), it becomes a prayer. Now that's "Good Music."
