Tondi Rams, born Rotondwa Rambani, is a South African Singer-Songwriter and Producer with a heart set on spreading love. Hailing from the region of Venda where he studied Music for a year at the University of Venda (2011), his need to hone his craft saw him moving to Pretoria, the following year, where he furthered his studies in Music production and Sound Engineering at Emendy Multimedia Institute
Born into a Christian home, Tondi was passionate about writing songs for his home church. No stranger to the Christian/Gospel music scene, Tondi has written and co-
written over 20 Christian-released songs. One of the songs he wrote, “Worry About Nothing” by Kingdmusic, has amassed over 1 million streams on Spotify alone. He also wrote “Crazy”, a song featured on We Will Worship’s debut album YHWH, and went on to be covered by other artists and bands, ultimately becoming an anthem sung in churches around SA and internationally.
After years of co-writing and writing gospel songs for others, Tondi Rams is ready to embark on his own gospel/Christian music joureney. His debut Christian pop/r&b singe "Thank You", a collab with Kingdmusic. Inspired by God's love and faithfulness, Tondi shares, "This song is testimony of God's goodness in my life and how grateful I am to Him for all He is, has done, is doing, and is still going to do! I have experienced so much of His goodness through out my life, and if anything, this year alone has been filled with so many testimonies of how I’ve seen God’s favour, provision, and blessings in my life!”
