Planet of the Stereos is an alternative pop-rock band from Sydney, Australia. Formerly known as "The View", this ubiquitous live act have dominated the Australian east-coast scene for a number of years, building a cult following with strong support from Australian nationwide commercial radio and television networks. In 2006 the band were voted national winners of a prominent Australian unsigned artist competition.

As well as this, Planet of the Stereos also supported PlanetShakers at the Australian Gospel Music Festival in front of over 5000 people.
