A pioneer of the self coined “indie-trap” sound, John “Wordsplayed” Itiola uses his unique voice and whimsical lyricism to paint pictures that are equal parts fawn in mid stride and 1980’s era Japanese race car engineering.

Coming off of the success of his first solo project Clowntown and his ground-breaking collaborative project Magic & Bird, Wordsplayed is now ready to delight the world with some new music. His latest effort “Lo-Fi Love Part 1 (LFL1)” has been paired with his stellar “Lo-Fidelity Hour” direct to public access television series and is due out June 1, 2018.
