When David Freeman discovered his calling into ministry in 2001, he was faced with the decision every Christian confronts--how can I contribute to furthering our Savior's kingdom? Throughout college, God began putting a passion inside David to minister through music. He also instilled in him the desire to write music that brought people to true place of worship and ministry. David recalls his first experience of leading worship at a DiscipleNow weekend, one of the highest impacting religious milestones in every youth's life. Since that time, utilizing piano, guitar, and his beautifully smooth voice, he has played in various settings, mostly throughout the state of Alabama. He founded Adonai Ministries in 2003 and has promoted the evangelical organization ever since. David has fulfilled necessary interim positions such as youth worship leader on Wednesday nights and worship leader on Sunday mornings. He accompanied Phil Driscoll with MightyHorn Ministries in 2004 on their tour as a Merchandise Manager, and received valuable exposition to the music business and the traveling that goes along with it. David is most excited about working on his second cd project, while putting together a band that shares the same desire to see other's brought to a new place of worship. "I have a passion for leading people to the true living God [and] take worship to new levels for church members. Worship is more than a routine; it is a way of life."
David and his wife Emily are ready to pursue a full time Ministry with Adonai Ministries and plan to expand their traveling schedule, they both look forward to what God has in store for their future.
