Angela Hearns grew up as a preacher's daughter, who sang in her father's church. She recorded her first song in 1999 titled "Give Myself to you", which gained air time on local radio stations in California. Her new album Arise is set to release sometime in the fall of 2011. Her first featured song from the new album is "Declaration of Praise", which also includes her first music video.
